Project Watch compares recorded billable hours with planned hours, counts completed items and lists tasks unchanged for 7 days. Task Assist lists tasks sitting unchanged in the statuses you pick on one board. Every watch is switched on separately in AutoPilot settings, and none of them sends anything by itself. No. None of the AutoPilot watches sends anything by itself. They draft reminders you can edit, and you decide whether a drafted reminder goes out. Which plans include the AutoPilot morning briefing? Voyager, Specialist, Commander and Enterprise. It summarizes your day, and message sorting suggests labels on new email and texts. Both count toward your plan's AI usage. What does Client Health show? It flags clients who need attention and shows the reason, such as an overdue invoice, a quiet stretch or a complaint, with a Draft follow-up you can edit. Flags are for you only, never shown to the client. What does Money Watch do on an invoice? It shows the unpaid balance, the due date and any missed installments, with a Draft reminder you can edit.
