The Clients list has a tab for each stage, and the Next follow-up column says why each client is due. The Follow-ups view lists who to contact today and why, and each stage can remind you when a client has been quiet for a number of days you choose, so nobody drifts away unnoticed. - A tab for every stage, with your own stages - Follow-ups view: who to contact today and why - Remind me after a quiet period set per stage Switch to the Leads stage, open the follow-up queue and mark a follow-up done. From there you can snooze or mark it done, schedule a call or meeting, or have AI draft the email, text or call notes. Drafting counts toward your plan's AI usage, and you edit the message before anything is sent. Drafting is also available from the client sheet on your phone. Where to find it 1. Hold Shift while dragging to land on the exact minute. Preview any event from a popover or side panel and use its actions menu to change or delete it without leaving the calendar. Email invites go to your guests with a separate note for guests, so your internal description stays private. Clients can also get a text reminder before the event. Text reminders start at Voyager, and sending invites needs the Send invites permission, so you decide which teammates can email guests or clients from the calendar. Where to find it 1.
