Turn on Clients pick a team member and a Team step appears after Service, with an Any team member choice if you want it. It is for businesses where clients ask for a particular person, and it is available on Specialist, Commander and Enterprise. A booking page can add a team step after the service, or offer Any team member, which books the first free person. The step is skipped for a service that only one team member does. The booked person and the booked length carry through the page and the reschedule flow. Each team member can have their own length for the same service, for example 30 or 45 minutes, while the price stays the same. Open a host in Hosts, tick the services they do and set how long each takes them. Changes apply to every booking page using those services. The editor explains who can take bookings, and warns you when only one team member can, because clients then have no choice. Hosts and assignment sit in one section where you choose your hosts, set their hours and decide how bookings are assigned: Round robin, Prioritize hosts, or Client chooses. A host uses workspace hours unless you set custom hours for that page. A project, board or client can still set its own accent and theme. The accent check shows a contrast ratio and tells you whether the color is Readable on buttons or Low contrast on buttons, so you find out before a client does. The brand applies to every portal type, the sign-in screen and the code email. Preview client page shows the portal, the Sign-in screen and the Code email with sample data and your unsaved changes, so you see the result before clients do. Nothing is sent to your clients.
