It is on every plan and is for anyone who asks AutoPilot about their workspace. On phones, AutoPilot chat is a clean full-screen conversation. On tablets and desktops a chats list sits beside it, and you can show or hide it. Chats are grouped as Pinned, Previous 7 days, Previous 30 days and Older. Your chats are private to you, and only the person who started a chat can change it. You can rename, pin and delete them. Deleting removes the chat and all of its messages for good. You can edit your last question and run an answer again. Only the latest message can be edited or run again. If the answer created or changed records, the app asks Run this again? first, because running it again may do that again. Rate a response with Good response or Bad response and say what went wrong: wrong information, it did not do what you asked, too long, or something else. Lists of records appear as real tables. Records in a table link to open them, and you can copy the table or download it as CSV. A new chat shows shortcuts such as Plan my day, Draft an invoice and Review my workspace. Add your own, and hold or right-click one to edit or delete it. Tap one to run it; sends ask you to confirm first. Actions follow your permissions. Buttons that send something show as outlined buttons with an icon. Tapping one only proposes the action, and a confirmation card follows, so nothing goes out until you approve it. Buttons that open a page read as links with an arrow. They appear only under the latest reply, and only while nothing is running or waiting for your approval. The chat shows whether AutoPilot is set to Ask first or Auto-apply. Ask first means it asks before it changes anything in the workspace. Auto-apply applies changes without asking, but it still asks before sending emails and texts. Yes. Your chats are private to you, and only the person who started a chat can change it. You can rename, pin and delete your own chats. What happens when I delete an AutoPilot chat?
