Select many clients to move them to a pipeline and stage or change their lead source, with Undo. Board is now Pipeline, and locked Design controls show a padlock.

## Change many clients at once from the Clients list

In Clients, select several clients and a bulk bar appears. On a computer, tick one client and shift-click another to select every client between them. On a phone, long-press a client, then tap the others. When your search or filters match more clients than are on screen, “Select all 48 matching” selects every one of them, loaded or not.

The bar offers Move to pipeline & stage (it reads Change stage when your workspace has one pipeline), Change lead source, Copy emails and Delete. With every match selected, only the actions that run on the server stay: the move and Change lead source. Before anything changes, the move dialog shows what will happen: how many clients move, how many are already there (“1 already there”), how many are archived and skipped (“2 archived, skipped”), and the workflows the move would start. They run only if you turn on “Run these workflows for the 3 clients”, and that switch starts off.

A strip above the list follows the update, so you can keep working while it runs, then shows the result, such as “Updated 3 clients: Coaching programme › Kickoff call”. If some clients could not be updated, “See 2 failed” lists each one with its reason. Undo puts the clients back and leaves alone any client someone changed since the move; the strip counts them (“1 changed since, kept”).

When your workspace has more than one pipeline, stages read Pipeline › Stage wherever a stage shows or is edited, and on the Pipeline view dragging a lead card shows your other pipelines. Drop it on one and the lead moves to that pipeline's first lead stage, with Undo. Bulk actions are on every plan, for members who can edit clients (and, for Delete, delete them). It is on the web app now and comes to the iPhone app with its next update.

- Shift-click on a computer, or long-press then tap on a phone
- The move dialog previews the result and names the workflows it would start; they stay off unless you turn them on
- Undo leaves alone any client someone changed since the move

Select clients, choose Move to pipeline & stage, check the preview and move them; the strip reports the update with Undo. Example data.

## Board is now Pipeline, and it names the pipeline you are looking at

In Clients, the Board view is now called Pipeline, next to Table and Follow-ups. Its title is your pipeline's own name with “11 open leads, by stage” under it, so it says what it shows: open leads only. When your workspace has more than one pipeline, the title is also the switcher: open it and choose another pipeline. With one pipeline and no right to manage stages, it is a plain heading.

Pipeline keeps the Table's two-row layout. The title sits where the search box is, beside Import data and Add Client, and Sort, Owner and the Table, Pipeline and Follow-ups toggle stay in the same place as on the Table. The search box and stage tabs only ever filtered the Table, so they show there. Under the totals, an “After the sale” strip lists your client and closed stages with live counts; tap one and the Clients list opens on that stage. It is on the web app now and comes to the iPhone app with its next update.

- The title is the pipeline's name, with the open-lead count under it
- Sort, Owner and the view toggle stay where they are on the Table
- After the sale lists the client and closed stages with live counts

## See which proposal Design controls are locked before you tap

In a proposal's Design panel, controls your plan does not include now show it before you tap. On a draft you can edit, every Page background swatch except the default carries a padlock, and the Cover image tile carries a tag with the plan name, “Specialist”. The default background stays free on every plan, and the lock line shows once, under Page background.

The first tap on a locked control opens the full unlock dialog, once per feature per session, for every locked feature rather than only Design. After that, a tap shows a short “Available on the Specialist plan or higher” message with See plans, and on a phone it sits at the bottom of the screen. On an empty cover tile, Change cover appears only after a cover is added. Nothing about who gets Design changed: cover images and page backgrounds are on Specialist, Commander and Enterprise. It is on the web app now and comes to the iPhone app with its next update.

- Locked backgrounds carry a padlock; the cover tile carries the plan tag
- The full unlock dialog opens once per feature per session

## Quick answers

How do I select many clients at once?

On a computer, tick one client and shift-click another to select the range. On a phone, long-press a client, then tap the others. "Select all 48 matching" selects every client your search and filters match.

What can I do to several clients at once?

Move them to a pipeline and stage (it reads Change stage with one pipeline), change their lead source, copy their emails or delete them. The move and Change lead source also work on every match.

Can I undo a bulk move, and does it start my workflows?

The strip shows Undo when the update finishes; it leaves alone any client someone changed since. Workflows start only if you turn on the switch in the move dialog, which starts off.

What happened to the Board view in Clients?

It is now called Pipeline. Its title is your pipeline's own name with "N open leads, by stage" under it, and it switches pipelines when your workspace has more than one.

Which plans include proposal covers and page backgrounds?

Specialist, Commander and Enterprise. On other plans the locked controls show a padlock or a Specialist tag, and a repeat tap shows "Available on the Specialist plan or higher".

Which plans include bulk client actions?

Every plan. Moving clients between pipelines needs a workspace that has more than one pipeline.
