Workspace & team

Hide any page from the sidebar with a right-click or long-press. Hidden pages wait in a collapsed Hidden group and still open, and your choice follows you across devices.

## Hide the sidebar pages you don't use

On a computer, right-click a page in the sidebar and choose Hide from sidebar, or use the ⋯ button that shows when you point at the row. On a phone, press and hold the page. A toast says, for example, “Habits hidden”, with Undo beside it. You can also switch pages off in Settings → Customize → Sidebar layout → Pages. Those switches are held until you choose Save.

Hidden pages move into a Hidden group at the bottom of the sidebar. It starts collapsed, shows how many pages are in it and appears only when something is hidden. Pages in the group open as usual. To bring one back, choose Show in sidebar in its menu or switch it on again in Sidebar layout. Dashboard and Settings always stay in the sidebar. A hidden page also leaves the phone's bottom bar, and its tab returns when you show the page again.

Links, notifications and search still open a hidden page. Your hidden pages are saved for you in each workspace and follow you across the web app, iPad and iPhone. Reset to default in Sidebar layout shows every page again. Hiding pages is on every plan. The default sidebar order changed too: Clients, then Communications right below it, then Work, Finance and Tools. Custom orders you saved are kept. It is on the web app now and comes to the iPhone app with its next update.
