    "The current-use question asks about any business function in the last two weeks. The expected-use question asks about the next six months. These are different measures and must not be subtracted to estimate new adopters.",
    "The tables use published survey estimates without combining employer-size groups or averaging states. Suppressed observations remain null in the JSON and blank in numeric CSV fields.",
    "Approximate 90% intervals use the published standard errors. We do not claim that point-estimate rankings pass pairwise significance tests."
