To reply to clients from one inbox in Workspace369, open Inbox under Communications. Your client emails, texts and voicemails land in one list, each marked with its channel, and the tabs show what's open, unread, voicemails, snoozed and closed. Open an email to read it all, then click Reply: your answer goes back by email, with the subject already filled in. Type a slash to pull in a quick response, a reply you've saved for questions you get a lot, add the details and click Send. Your reply shows up in the conversation. Texts work the same way, with the reply box set to SMS. To come back to a conversation later, click Status, choose Snoozed and pick when, like tomorrow at 9 AM. Its row shows when it reopens: at that time, or sooner if the client replies.

## Common questions

**Where do I find the inbox in Workspace369?**

Open Inbox, under Communications. Your client emails, texts and voicemails land there in one list, each marked with its channel. The tabs show what's open, unread, voicemails, snoozed and closed.

**How do I reply to a client's email?**

Open the email to read it all, then click Reply. Your answer goes back by email, with the subject already filled in, and once you click Send, your reply shows up in the conversation. In the video, Avery Morgan wants Option B next week, and the reply goes out with the subject "Re: Your paint correction proposal".

**What is a quick response?**

A quick response is a reply you've saved for questions you get a lot. While you're replying, type a slash to pull one in, add the details, then click Send. In the video, a quick response called "Booking confirmed" fills in "Thanks for choosing Apex Auto Spa! You're booked in.", and "See you Tuesday at 9 AM." is added before sending.

**Do texts work the same way as emails?**

Yes. Texts land in the same inbox, and replying works the same way. In the video, Taylor Brooks asked about pet hair, and the reply box is set to SMS.

**How do I snooze a conversation until later?**

Click Status, choose Snoozed, and pick when, like tomorrow at 9 AM. The conversation's row then shows when it reopens: at the time you picked, or sooner if the client replies. In the video, Taylor Brooks's text is snoozed until tomorrow at nine.

Welcome back. In this video, we'll reply to clients from one inbox, and snooze a text for later.

Open Inbox, under Communications. Your client emails, texts and voicemails land here, each marked with its channel. The tabs show what's open, unread, voicemails, snoozed and closed.

Let's open Avery's email. Avery wants Option B, next week. Open the email to read it all, then click Reply. Your answer goes back by email, with the subject already filled in.

Type a slash to pull in a quick response: a reply you've saved for questions you get a lot. Add the details, then click Send. Your reply shows up in the conversation.

Texts work the same way. Taylor asked about pet hair, and the reply box is set to SMS. To come back to it later, click Status, choose Snoozed, and pick when. Tomorrow at nine works. Taylor's row now shows when it reopens: tomorrow at nine, or sooner, if Taylor replies. And that's the inbox. In the next video, we'll connect your own email address.
