What this license covers

This license applies to research datasets that identify this document as their license. It covers only rights held by Workspace369 in the original selection and organization of those compilations and in explicitly labeled Workspace369 calculations. It is not a license for the entire website, product software, logos, or third-party source publications.

Permission to reuse Workspace369 contributions

To the extent Workspace369 holds applicable copyright or database rights, you may copy, redistribute and adapt the covered compilation and calculations, including for commercial purposes, subject to these conditions:

• Credit Workspace369, identify the report and its edition or date, and provide a link to the report and this version of the license where reasonably practicable.
• Indicate your changes. When reusing a calculation, retain or link to its source inputs, method and material assumptions.
• Preserve the distinction between source-reported observations and Workspace369 calculations. Do not imply endorsement by Workspace369 or an original source.

Third-party sources keep their own terms

Third-party data, research, wording and other protected material remain subject to their original rights and reuse terms. This license does not relicense those materials or grant rights Workspace369 does not hold. Consult the source links and licensing notes in the report and downloaded source ledger, and obtain any additional permission your use requires.

For source-reported statistics, attribute the original producer. For Workspace369 calculations, attribute Workspace369 and retain the input-source attribution. A compilation of differently licensed inputs is not a declaration that all inputs are public domain or covered by one Creative Commons license.

Facts, public-domain material and existing rights

This license does not restrict facts, public-domain material or uses already permitted by law. It does not grant trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights beyond the Workspace369-held rights expressly described above.

Accuracy and versioning

The datasets are provided as is. No warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose is made. Check the source, observation period and limitations before relying on a number.

This URL identifies version 1.0. Any future version of these terms will have a different versioned URL; changing a dataset's license reference does not change this document.
