Free web design proposal template (PDF and Word).

A proposal for a website project that a client can say yes to: what is included, what each package costs, when it goes live and what you need from them. Fill in the brackets, delete the guidance and send it.

Free, no email needed. 7 pages, in English. Updated .

First page of the web design proposal template: a "Website Proposal for [Client business name]" header with prepared for, prepared by, date and valid-until lines, then the "What this project is" and "Scope" sections.

What is inside the template

8 sections, in the order a client reads them, each with short guidance you delete before sending.

  1. What this project is

Two or three sentences in the client’s own words: what the site is for, who it is for and how you will both know it worked.

  2. Saklaw

The pages included, what every package covers, and exactly what one revision round means, so the project cannot quietly grow.

  3. Packages

Three options that differ by pages, rounds and extras, not only by price, plus optional add-ons and the one you recommend.

  4. Timeline

Dates for your side and the client’s side, with a line that moves launch if copy, photos or feedback arrive late.

  5. Price and payment terms

The fixed fee, a deposit on acceptance, an optional milestone, the balance before launch, ownership and third-party costs.

  6. What is not included, and change requests

What sits outside the fee, and how extra pages or rounds get a short written quote before any work starts.

  7. What we need from you

One person who gives final feedback, plus deadlines for copy, brand files, photos and logins.

  8. Pagtanggap

Package and add-ons chosen, a signature or typed name, and the deposit that books the start date.

Plus a filled-in example

The same proposal completed for a fictional dental practice: a six-page Webflow site, three packages from $3,200 to $6,900, a 50% deposit and a dated four-week timeline. Use it to see what “specific” looks like; your numbers will differ.
