Move your clients from Pipedrive to Workspace369.

Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around deals: Lite $14, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79 per seat a month billed annually ($24, $49, $79 and $99 billed monthly). It is very good at moving a deal to won. If the won deal then has to become a project, tracked time and an invoice, and clients text and call, that is where Workspace369 fits. Pipedrive documents a full CSV or Excel export, so getting your data out is straightforward. There is no Pipedrive-specific importer in Workspace369. What it has is AI Import, which maps your spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Prices below were checked on Pipedrive’s own pricing page on October 23, 2026.

14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first

What moves, what doesn't

There is no one-click import from Pipedrive, and Workspace369 does not claim one. You export spreadsheets from Pipedrive and AI Import does the column mapping.

Moves with you

  • People and organizations, as clients. Pipedrive’s Export data tab gives you People and Organizations as CSV or Excel. AI Import maps the columns to client records, and you review the mapping first.
  • Your product catalog. Pipedrive exports Products as their own file, and AI Import brings them in as products, ready to use in proposals and invoices.
  • The cost, before you commit. The import shows its AI usage estimate before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.

You re-create these

  • Files and notes. AI Import doesn't bring these. Pipedrive exports file and note lists separately. Download the files you need and attach them to the client record.
  • Deals and pipelines. Workspace369 has client stages (by default Lead, Onboarding, Active, Paused and Past, and you can rename them), not a deal pipeline with per-deal stages and forecast reports. Open deals come across as clients at the Lead stage, or as proposals when you are ready to send the work. The Home Pipeline widget shows open proposals by stage, with won totals not yet invoiced.
  • Activities and email history. Pipedrive exports activities and notes as separate files, and AI Import has no record type for them. Keep the export as your archive and start new activity in Workspace369.
  • Automations, sequences and web forms. Rebuild the few that matter as Workspace369 workflows and intake forms. Most teams keep a short list.
  • Who can export. Pipedrive says only global admins can export by data type, and you only export what your visibility settings let you see. Have an admin run the export.

No lock-in either way: the workspace owner can request a full data export from Workspace369 at any time. Exported files stay downloadable in Pipedrive for 28 days, so save them somewhere permanent.

The seat math

Per-seat pricing against included seats

Pipedrive charges per seat: Lite $24, Growth $49, Premium $79 and Ultimate $99 a seat each month on monthly billing ($14, $39, $59 and $79 billed annually). Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats, with extra seats at $10 from Voyager.

Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages.

Team sizePipedrive Growth, monthlyWorkspace369, monthly
1 person$49 (Growth; Lite is $24)$29 (Cadet, 1 seat)
2 people$98$74 (Voyager, 2 seats)
5 people$245$104 (Voyager $74 + 3 extra seats at $10)
10 people$490$149 (Specialist, 10 seats)
20 people$980$249 (Specialist $149 + 10 extra seats at $10)

For one person, Pipedrive Lite ($24, or $14 billed annually) costs less than Workspace369 Cadet ($29). From two people, Workspace369’s included seats cost less than Pipedrive Growth, and the gap widens with team size. The comparison is not like for like: Pipedrive is a deeper sales tool, and Workspace369 adds proposals, projects, time tracking, invoices and a client portal on every plan. What Pipedrive includes is real: Premium ($59 billed annually) adds lead routing, shared inboxes, and quotes, proposals and contracts with e-signatures. On Workspace369, proposals with signing are on every plan, and texting and calling start on Voyager ($74).

Step by step

The switching checklist

Seven steps, in order.
  1. Export from Pipedrive as an admin

Go to Tools and apps, then Export data, and download People, Organizations and Products as CSV or Excel. Export deals, activities and notes too, as your archive. Pipedrive keeps generated exports for 28 days, and files stored in Google Drive are not included.

  2. Start the trial and set up your services and prices

The 14-day trial is enough time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.

  3. Run AI Import for clients and products

Upload the CSV or XLSX files. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start.

  4. Set your client stages and bring open deals across

Rename the default client stages to match how you sell, then mark open deals as leads or send them a proposal. Closed deals stay in your Pipedrive export.

  5. Rebuild the automations and forms you use

Re-create your key follow-ups as workflows and your web forms as intake forms. Email automations run on every plan, and SMS steps start on Voyager.

  6. Add your team and set permissions

Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.

  7. Cancel Pipedrive when the team has moved

Keep Pipedrive until your exports are saved and the team works in Workspace369 day to day, then cancel.

Fair is fair

Stay on Pipedrive if…

  • Your business is the sales pipeline. Lead and pipeline management, deal values and forecast reports are Pipedrive’s core. Workspace369 tracks clients through stages, not deals.
  • You run outbound prospecting. Pipedrive lists LeadBooster lead generation and routing, custom scoring and company data enrichment. Workspace369 does not offer outbound prospecting or enrichment.
  • You sell, and someone else delivers and bills. If projects, time and invoices already run in tools you plan to keep, a CRM swap adds work without a payoff.
  • You need a native Android app. Pipedrive has apps for iOS and Android. Workspace369’s native app is for iPhone and iPad; there is no Android app.

FAQ

Switching questions, answered straight

Is there a Pipedrive importer?

No. Workspace369 has no Pipedrive-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result.

How do I export my data from Pipedrive?

A global admin opens the account menu, goes to Tools and apps, then Export data, picks a data type (leads, deals, organizations, people, products, activities, projects, notes or files) and chooses CSV or Excel. The file appears under Generated exports for 28 days. Activities, notes and files linked to deals and contacts export separately.

What happens to my deals?

Workspace369 has no deal pipeline with forecasts. Clients move through stages (by default Lead, Onboarding, Active, Paused and Past), proposals carry the amounts, and the Home Pipeline widget totals open and won proposals. Bring open deals across as leads or proposals, and keep the full deal export as your archive.

Is Pipedrive cheaper than Workspace369?

For one person, yes: Pipedrive Lite is $24 a month ($14 billed annually) against $29 for Workspace369 Cadet. From two people, Workspace369’s included seats cost less than Pipedrive Growth: five people pay $245 a month on Growth billed monthly against $104 on Workspace369 Voyager with three extra seats.

What does AI Import cost?

It counts toward your workspace’s AI usage, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. AI usage is separate from email credits.

Am I locked in to Workspace369?

No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.

How long does switching take?

Most teams move their active clients and products in a few hours. Deciding how open deals map to client stages and proposals, and rebuilding key automations, usually takes the longest.

Ready to make the move?

Start the trial, run the checklist above, and cancel Pipedrive once your exports are saved and the team works in Workspace369.
