Move your client work from Bloom to Workspace369.

Bloom is an all-in-one studio tool for creative businesses: CRM, booking forms, contracts, invoices, galleries and websites. On monthly billing, Starter is $18, Standard $44 and Plus $78 a month ($14, $34 and $66 billed yearly), and only Plus adds team members. If your studio is growing into a team that runs projects, tracks time and talks to clients by text and phone, Workspace369 puts that next to proposals, invoices and the client portal, with seats included in the plan. Bloom exports your contacts and your invoice and transaction data. There is no Bloom importer in Workspace369. What it has is AI Import, which maps your spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Bloom prices were checked on its own pricing page on October 23, 2026.

14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first

What moves, what doesn't

There is no one-click import from Bloom, and Workspace369 does not claim one. Contacts and invoice data move through AI Import; projects and forms are set up again, and galleries have no equivalent.

Moves with you

  • Your client list, as clients. In Bloom, go to Settings, then Exporting, then Contact Data to download your contacts as CSV. AI Import maps the columns to client records, and you review the mapping first.
  • Invoices. From the same Exporting page, download your invoice and transaction data. AI Import reads the invoice files (and files of products and proposals); keep the transaction data as a record.
  • The cost, before you commit. The import shows its AI usage estimate before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.

You re-create these

  • Projects and bookings. AI Import doesn’t create projects. Set up your upcoming projects again; Workspace369 has projects with tasks, subtasks and list, Kanban and calendar views on every plan, and Gantt views and task dependencies from Voyager.
  • Booking forms, contracts and workflows. Rebuild your intake forms and contract templates, and your workflow tasks as workflows. Online booking pages start on Specialist.
  • Galleries and websites. Workspace369 has no client galleries or website builder. Deliver final files through the client portal, and keep your Bloom site or move it to another website tool.

No lock-in either way: the Workspace369 workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data. In Bloom, export from Settings, then Exporting, before you delete the account; after deletion the data can’t be accessed, and a published custom website has to be unpublished first.

The seat math

A flat team plan against included seats

Bloom’s pricing page lists team members only on Plus (Starter is for side jobs and Standard for a solo business), at one flat price; its pricing page doesn’t state a team-member limit. Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats, with extra seats at $10 from Voyager.

Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages, all on monthly billing. Bloom Starter ($18) limits you to 3 active projects and 1 workflow. On October 23, 2026 Bloom also showed 50% off the first 3 months on monthly billing and the first 12 months on yearly billing; list prices apply after.

Team sizeBloom planBloom priceWorkspace369
1 personStandard (one person, unlimited projects)$44$29 (Cadet, 1 seat, up to 5 active projects)
2 peoplePlus (team members)$78$74 (Voyager, 2 seats)
3 peoplePlus (team members)$78$84 (Voyager $74 + 1 extra seat at $10)
5 peoplePlus (team members)$78$104 (Voyager $74 + 3 extra seats at $10)
10 peoplePlus (team members)$78$149 (Specialist, 10 seats)

Workspace369 Cadet (up to 5 active projects) costs less than Bloom Standard for one person, and Voyager costs less than Plus for two. From 3 people, Bloom Plus’s flat price costs less. The comparison is not like for like: Bloom’s pricing page doesn’t list time tracking, Gantt views or texting and calling, which Workspace369 includes (Gantt, texting and calling from Voyager). Step by step

The switching checklist

Seven steps, in order.
  1. Export what you need from Bloom

In Settings, then Exporting, download your contact data and your invoice and transaction data. Save final galleries and signed contracts you want to keep.

  2. Start the trial and set up your services and prices

The 14-day trial gives you time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.

  3. Run AI Import for your clients

Upload your Bloom contact CSV. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start.

  4. Set up your forms, contracts and projects

Rebuild your intake forms and contract templates, set up your upcoming projects.

  5. Add your team and set permissions

Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.

  6. Invite clients to the portal

Invite clients to the Workspace369 client portal, where they see their files, invoices and messages and sign proposals and contracts.

  7. Close Bloom once you’ve moved

Keep Bloom until your exports are saved and your clients are using the new portal. Unpublish any custom Bloom website before you delete the account.

Fair is fair

Stay on Bloom if…

  • You deliver photos or videos in galleries. Bloom lists client galleries with albums, favorites and download permissions, plus a website builder. Workspace369 has neither; files reach clients through the portal.
  • Your team is 3 or more on one flat price. Bloom Plus is one flat $78 a month on monthly billing for the team, so from 3 people it costs less than Workspace369.
  • Clients book and pay through your packages. Bloom’s packages and self-booking forms combine add-ons, scheduling and checkout in one form. Workspace369 has online booking from Specialist and invoices on every plan, but not package checkout in one form.
  • You are solo with a few projects. Bloom Starter at $18 a month covers 3 active projects. Workspace369 starts at $29, with a 14-day free trial and no free plan.

FAQ

Switching questions, answered straight

Is there a Bloom importer?

No. Workspace369 has no Bloom-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result. Projects and forms are set up again, and galleries have no equivalent.

How do I export my data from Bloom?

Go to Settings, then Exporting. Contact Data downloads your contacts as CSV, and you can download your invoice and transaction data from the same page. Export before you delete your Bloom account, because the data can’t be accessed afterwards.

Is Bloom cheaper than Workspace369?

For one person on Starter, and for teams of 3 or more on Plus, yes. On monthly billing, Bloom Standard ($44, unlimited projects) costs more than Workspace369 Cadet ($29, up to 5 active projects) for one person, and Plus ($78 flat) costs more than Workspace369 Voyager ($74) for two; from 3 people Plus costs less. Bloom’s pricing page doesn’t list time tracking, Gantt views or texting and calling.

Can I bring my Bloom projects and galleries across?

Not as projects or galleries. AI Import doesn’t create projects, and Workspace369 has no galleries, so set up upcoming projects again and deliver files through the client portal. Keep your Bloom exports for your records.

What does AI Import cost?

It counts toward your workspace’s AI usage, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. AI usage is separate from email credits.

Am I locked in to Workspace369?

No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.
