Move your client work from HubSpot to Workspace369.
HubSpot is a sales and marketing platform with a free CRM for up to 2 users. Sales Hub Starter lists at $20 a seat each month, shown discounted to $10 on monthly billing ($7 billed annually) on October 23, 2026, and Professional is $100 a seat with an annual commitment ($90 billed annually) plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. HubSpot is the right tool when selling and marketing automation are the job. If the won deal then has to become a proposal clients sign, a project, tracked time and an invoice, with texts and calls on the client record, that is where Workspace369 fits. HubSpot documents a CSV or Excel export for every CRM object. There is no HubSpot-specific importer in Workspace369. What it has is AI Import, which maps your spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Prices below were checked on HubSpot’s own pricing page on October 23, 2026.
14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first
What moves, what doesn't
There is no one-click import from HubSpot, and Workspace369 does not claim one. You export spreadsheets from HubSpot and AI Import does the column mapping.Moves with you
- Contacts and companies, as clients. Open the All contacts or All companies view in HubSpot, click Export and choose CSV. AI Import maps the columns to client records, and you review the mapping first.
- Every property, if you ask for it. HubSpot exports only the columns in your view by default. Choose “All properties on records” in Customize so custom fields come across.
- The cost, before you commit. The import shows its AI usage estimate before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.
You re-create these
- Deals and pipelines. Workspace369 has client stages (by default Lead, Onboarding, Active, Paused and Past, and you can rename them), not a deal pipeline with forecasting. Open deals come across as clients at the Lead stage, or as proposals when you are ready to send the work.
- Activities and email history. HubSpot’s record export covers property values and associations, not calls, notes or emails; it points to the contact data export or its API for those. Keep them as your archive.
- Marketing emails, sequences, forms and workflows. Rebuild the follow-ups that matter as Workspace369 workflows and intake forms. Workspace369 does not replace HubSpot’s marketing automation.
- Who can export. HubSpot requires export permissions, and the download link in the email expires after 30 days.
No lock-in either way: the workspace owner can request a full data export from Workspace369 at any time. Save your HubSpot exports somewhere permanent before the download links expire.
The seat math
Per-seat pricing against included seats
HubSpot charges per seat: Sales Hub Starter lists at $20 (shown discounted to $10 on monthly billing on October 23, 2026) and Professional is $100 with an annual commitment, plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. HubSpot’s free CRM covers up to 2 users. Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats, with extra seats at $10 from Voyager.Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages.
| Team size | HubSpot Sales Hub, monthly | Workspace369, monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $0 (Free, up to 2 users) or $20 Starter ($10 on offer) | $29 (Cadet, 1 seat) |
| 2 people | $0 (Free) or $40 Starter ($20 on offer) | $74 (Voyager, 2 seats) |
| 5 people | $100 Starter ($50 on offer); $500 Professional | $104 (Voyager $74 + 3 extra seats at $10) |
| 10 people | $200 Starter ($100 on offer); $1,000 Professional | $149 (Specialist, 10 seats) |
| 20 people | $400 Starter ($200 on offer); $2,000 Professional | $249 (Specialist $149 + 10 extra seats at $10) |
HubSpot is cheaper for one or two people on its free CRM. Starter at the offer price is cheaper than Workspace369 at every size in the table; at its $20 list price it is cheaper up to five people. Professional, where sequences and forecasting live, costs several times more than Workspace369 for the same team. The comparison is not like for like: HubSpot is a deeper sales and marketing tool, and Workspace369 includes proposals, projects, time tracking, invoices and a client portal on every plan. Step by step
The switching checklist
Seven steps, in order.Export contacts and companies from HubSpot
Open the All contacts and All companies views, click Export, choose CSV and, under Customize, “All properties and associations on records”. Export deals too, as your archive. HubSpot emails a download link that expires after 30 days.
Start the trial and set up your services and prices
The 14-day trial is enough time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.
Run AI Import for your clients
Upload the CSV or XLSX files. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start.
Set your client stages and bring open deals across
Rename the default client stages to match how you sell, then mark open deals as leads or send them a proposal. Closed deals stay in your HubSpot export.
Rebuild the automations and forms you use
Re-create your key follow-ups as workflows and your forms as intake forms. Email automations run on every plan, and SMS steps start on Voyager.
Add your team and set permissions
Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.
Downgrade or cancel HubSpot when the team has moved
Keep HubSpot until your exports are saved and the team works in Workspace369 day to day. If you still use HubSpot for marketing, you can keep it for that alone.
Fair is fair
Stay on HubSpot if…
- Marketing automation is the job. Email marketing, segments, ads and campaigns are HubSpot’s core. Workspace369 has email and SMS workflows, not a marketing platform.
- You need sequences and forecasting. HubSpot lists them on Sales Hub Professional. Workspace369 tracks clients through stages and proposals, not forecasted deals.
- You are one or two people and the free CRM is enough. HubSpot’s free tools cover up to 2 users. Workspace369 starts at $29 a month.
- You need a native Android app. HubSpot links its mobile app on Google Play. Workspace369’s native app is for iPhone and iPad; there is no Android app.

FAQ
Switching questions, answered straight
What is the best HubSpot alternative?
It depends on what the CRM does for you. Pick Pipedrive if the pipeline is the job (Growth $49 a seat on monthly billing), Zoho CRM for the cheapest paid tier (Standard $20 a user monthly), Freshsales for a low entry price (Growth $11 a user monthly), or Workspace369 if your work runs from proposal to deposit, invoice and client portal ($74/mo for 2 seats on Voyager). Stay on HubSpot if marketing automation drives revenue. Prices checked October 18, 2026; the HubSpot alternatives page has the full comparison.
Is there a HubSpot importer?
No. Workspace369 has no HubSpot-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result.
How do I export my data from HubSpot?
Open the object’s All view (for example All contacts), click Export, pick CSV and, under Customize, choose all properties. HubSpot emails a download link that expires after 30 days. Calls, notes and emails are not in the record export; HubSpot points to the contact data export or its API for those.
What happens to my deals?
Workspace369 has no deal pipeline with forecasting. Clients move through stages (by default Lead, Onboarding, Active, Paused and Past), proposals carry the amounts, and the Home Pipeline widget totals open and won proposals. Bring open deals across as leads or proposals, and keep the deal export as your archive.
Is HubSpot cheaper than Workspace369?
For one or two people on the free CRM, yes. Sales Hub Starter at its $20 list price is cheaper up to five people, and at the $10 offer price it is cheaper at every team size. Sales Hub Professional is $100 a seat with an annual commitment plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, so ten people pay $1,000 a month against $149 on Workspace369 Specialist.
Can I keep HubSpot for marketing?
Yes. Some teams keep HubSpot’s marketing tools and run client work, proposals and invoices in Workspace369. Workspace369 has no built-in HubSpot sync, so decide which tool owns the client list.
What does AI Import cost?
It counts toward your workspace’s AI usage, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. AI usage is separate from email credits.
Am I locked in to Workspace369?
No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.
