Move your client work from Insightly to Workspace369.
Insightly is a solid sales CRM with project management included: $29 a user a month on Plus, $49 on Professional and $99 on Enterprise (sold through sales), billed annually. Its CRM pricing page doesn’t list invoices, a client portal or time tracking, and quotes appear only on Enterprise. If you win clients in Insightly and deliver and bill them in other tools, Workspace369 puts proposals, projects, time, invoices and the client portal on one client record, with seats included in the plan. There is no Insightly importer in Workspace369. What it has is AI Import, which maps your spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Insightly prices were checked on its own pricing page on October 23, 2026.
14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first
What moves, what doesn't
There is no one-click import from Insightly, and Workspace369 does not claim one. Insightly exports records as CSV once an admin grants you export permission, and AI Import reads CSV files, so contacts and organizations move; the rest is set up again.Moves with you
- Contacts and organizations, as clients. Open Contacts or Organizations, click Show Sidebar, then Export under Import/Export, and Insightly emails you a CSV link that expires after 30 days. AI Import maps the columns to client records, and you review the mapping first.
- Products, proposals or invoices. If your price list or past invoices live in a spreadsheet or your accounting tool, export them as CSV. AI Import reads files of products, invoices and proposals too.
- The cost, before you commit. The import shows its AI usage estimate before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.
You re-create these
- Opportunities and projects. AI Import doesn’t create deals, projects or tasks. Set up open deals and active projects again (Insightly can export opportunities and projects as CSV for reference); Workspace369 has tasks and subtasks with list, Kanban and calendar views on every plan, and Gantt views and task dependencies from Voyager.
- Emails, comments and attachments. Insightly’s CSV export leaves out file attachments, events, comments and emails saved to Insightly. Download the files you need to keep before you cancel.
- Workflow automations. Rebuild your key automations as Workspace369 workflows. Email automations run on every plan, and SMS steps start on Voyager.
No lock-in either way: the Workspace369 workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data. In Insightly, export is off by default: an administrator has to grant each user export permission first.
An Unbounce company since 2024
Insightly is built for the sale. Workspace369 runs the work after it.
On July 16, 2024, landing-page company Unbounce announced it had combined forces with Insightly, which now calls itself “an Unbounce company” and sells marketing and customer-service products next to its CRM. Its CRM plans are built around the sales side: leads, routing, pipelines and, on Enterprise, quotes. Below: where client delivery fits better in Workspace369, and where Insightly’s sales tools lead.Where Workspace369 fits client work better
- Proposals on every plan. Insightly lists products, pricebooks and quotes on Enterprise, at $99 a user a month billed annually. Workspace369 includes proposals clients sign online from Cadet at $29 a month.
- Invoices and time in one place. Billable time turns into invoices with payment links. Insightly’s CRM plan list shows no invoicing or time tracking.
- A client portal for project work. Insightly’s portals belong to its separate Service product. Workspace369’s client portal is on every plan.
- Texting and calls from Voyager, and online booking from Specialist. Insightly’s plan list shows neither, though its FAQ mentions click-to-call.
Where Insightly is stronger
- Lead assignment and routing, listed on Professional.
- Workflow automation, listed on Professional.
- Pre-built dashboards and advanced reports on Plus.
- Marketing on the same platform. Insightly Marketing is priced per account, next to the per-user CRM.

The seat math
Per-user pricing against included seats
Insightly charges per user and lists its CRM prices billed annually: $29 a month on Plus, $49 on Professional and $99 on Enterprise. To compare like with like, this table uses Workspace369’s yearly prices too, at team sizes the included seats cover.Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages, per month, billed annually on both sides.
| Team size | Insightly Plus ($29, billed annually) | Insightly Professional ($49, billed annually) | Workspace369 (billed annually) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $29 | $49 | $23.25 (Cadet, 1 seat) |
| 2 people | $58 | $98 | $59.25 (Voyager, 2 seats) |
| 10 people | $290 | $490 | $119.25 (Specialist, 10 seats) |
| 20 people | $580 | $980 | $239.25 (Commander, 20 seats) |
Workspace369 costs less than Insightly Plus at every size here except 2 people, where Plus is $1.25 less ($58 against $59.25), and less than Professional at every size. The gap grows with the team: at 10 people, Plus is $290 against $119.25. And Workspace369’s price includes the client work Insightly’s CRM pricing page doesn’t list: invoices, a client portal, and timesheets that become invoices, with proposals on every plan. Step by step
The switching checklist
Seven steps, in order.Export what you need from Insightly
Ask an admin for export permission, then export Contacts and Organizations as CSV. Download attachments you need to keep, since the export leaves them out.
Start the trial and set up your services and prices
The 14-day trial gives you time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.
Run AI Import for your clients
Upload the contacts or organizations CSV. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start.
Set up your open deals and active projects
Recreate the deals you are working and the projects you are delivering now, with tasks, subtasks and due dates. Save a repeatable project as a template (from Voyager).
Add your team and set permissions
Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.
Send your first proposal
Send a proposal from the client record. When the client signs, it becomes a project; log time against it and turn billable hours into an invoice, all visible in the client portal.
Leave Insightly once you’ve moved
Keep Insightly until your exports are saved and your team works in Workspace369, then cancel Insightly or reduce your seats.
Fair is fair
Stay on Insightly if…
- You run a sales team first. If lead routing and a sales pipeline are the heart of your work and delivery happens elsewhere, Insightly is built for that. Workspace369 has lead capture and routing on every plan, but it is built around client delivery.
- You use Insightly Marketing or Service. Insightly sells marketing automation and a support ticketing product alongside the CRM. If you rely on them, weigh that before you move.
- You need sandboxes and audit logging. Insightly Enterprise lists sandboxes and comprehensive audit logging for larger organizations.
- You are a team of two who only sells. At 2 people, Insightly Plus is $1.25 a month less than Workspace369 Voyager on yearly billing.

FAQ
Switching questions, answered straight
Is there an Insightly importer?
No. Workspace369 has no Insightly-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result. Deals and projects are set up again.
How do I export my data from Insightly?
An administrator first grants you export permission. Then open an object such as Contacts, click Show Sidebar, then Export under Import/Export, and Insightly emails you the CSV. The CSV leaves out attachments, events, comments and saved emails.
Is Insightly cheaper than Workspace369?
Mostly not. Billed annually, Insightly Plus is $29 a user and Professional $49. Against Workspace369’s yearly prices, Plus costs less for teams of 2 to 4 ($58 against $59.25 at 2 people; 3 or 4 people need Specialist at $119.25 on yearly billing), and costs more at 1 person and from 5 people. Insightly’s CRM pricing page doesn’t list invoices, a client portal or time tracking; Workspace369 includes them on every plan.
Does the Workspace369 trial need a card?
Yes. You add a card to start the 14-day trial on Cadet through Commander, and nothing is charged if you cancel in Settings → Billing before it ends. Keep Insightly running while you try it, and cancel Insightly once your clients and open work have moved.
Does Workspace369 track time and bill it?
Yes, on every plan. Workspace369 has timers, manual entries and weekly timesheets with approvals, and turns billable hours into invoices. Insightly’s CRM pricing page doesn’t list time tracking.
What does AI Import cost?
It counts toward your workspace’s AI usage, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. AI usage is separate from email credits.
Am I locked in to Workspace369?
No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.
