AI AutoPilot Today

What needs you today, and in what order.

AI AutoPilot reads your invoices, projects, requests, tasks and schedule, then lists what needs you today: an invoice to chase, a client to check in with, a request to answer. Each item says why it is there, and nothing is sent for you.

AI daily briefing

What is AI AutoPilot Today?

AI AutoPilot Today is a ranked list of what needs you in your Workspace369 workspace: invoices to chase, clients to check in with, requests to answer and tasks that have stalled. It reads the records you already keep, explains why each item is on the list and in which order, and drafts reminders and follow-ups for you to review. It never sends anything for you.

From a flag to a reminder

It finds the late invoice. You send the reminder.

Money Watch spots the invoice, Today puts it at the top, and the invoice's Money Watch section drafts a polite reminder. The email waits in the composer until you press Send.

  1. The watch checks the saved balance and due date against the payments recorded.

  2. An invoice 30 or more days overdue lands in Now, at the top of the day.

  3. Draft reminder opens the composer with a neutral note you can edit. Nothing has been sent.

  4. Only you send it. AutoPilot never sends, chases or replies on its own.

How a day is sorted

What needs you, where it lives and when to get to it.

Today reads the invoices, payment plans, projects, tasks, requests and messages already in your workspace. Each item is one plain instruction with the reason under it, so you can act without opening five screens first.

  1. 01

Read the day in three sentences

    Starts on Voyager

When you open Today, AI writes a short briefing from the items on your list: amounts, days overdue and the names involved. It states what it found and leaves the decisions to you. It is reused until your list changes, and marked AI-written.

  2. 02

    Work through it in order

Lanes groups items by where they live: money, clients, projects, tasks, requests and the inbox. Timeline puts the same items in the order to do them, from Now to Whenever you get to it.

  3. 03

See why each item sits where it does

How I ordered this opens the rubric. A client at risk outranks an invoice 30 days late, which outranks one 14 days late. The scores come from your records, not from a guess about your mood.

  4. 04

    Catch a client going quiet

Client Health flags clients who need attention and shows the reasons: an overdue invoice, no contact for weeks after earlier back-and-forth, or a message marked as a complaint. On the client's page, Draft follow-up opens an email you edit and send yourself.

The watches

The watches that check your records for you.

Each watch reads saved records and puts what it finds on Today. None of them changes a record or contacts anyone, and the money, project and task watches don't use AI at all.

You stay in charge

It only suggests. You decide what it reads.

Today is off until the workspace owner turns it on, and each watch has its own switch. Every switch says in plain words what it reads.

Nothing sends on its own
Reminders and follow-ups open as drafts in the composer. You review them and press Send.
Watches don't use AI
Money Watch, Project Watch and Task Assist read your records only, so they never use your AI usage.
Teammates see their own Today
Each teammate gets messages from inboxes they can open, their assigned tasks and their schedule. Money, projects, requests and Client Health stay with the owner.
English workspaces for now
AutoPilot runs when the workspace owner's app language is English.

Common questions

AI AutoPilot Today questions

Which plan includes the AI daily briefing?

Today and the watches on money, projects and tasks are on every plan, starting at Cadet. The AI-written briefing, message sorting and Client Health's tone signals start on Voyager and use the plan's monthly AI usage.

Does AI AutoPilot send anything to my clients?

No. AutoPilot only suggests. Draft reminder and Draft follow-up open an email in the composer for you to edit, and nothing is sent until you press Send.

Do the watches use my AI usage?

No. Money Watch, Project Watch and Task Assist read your saved records without calling an AI model, so they don't draw on your monthly AI usage. The AI briefing and message sorting do.

When does the briefing appear?

The briefing is written when you open Today, from the items on your list, and reused until your list changes. It appears in the app, at the top of Today, marked AI-written. It is not sent by email or notification.

Can my team use AI AutoPilot Today?

Yes. While the owner has AutoPilot on, each teammate gets their own Today with messages from inboxes they can open, their assigned tasks and their schedule. Money, projects, requests and Client Health stay with the owner, who can turn Teammates can use Today off. A teammate's briefing also needs the AI permission, because it draws on the workspace's monthly AI usage.

Which languages does AI AutoPilot work in?

For now AutoPilot runs only when the workspace owner's app language is English. In a workspace set to another language, Today and the watches are not available yet.

How does AutoPilot decide the order?

Each item gets a priority from your records: an at-risk client scores 100, an invoice 30 or more days overdue 90, an overdue invoice under 30 days 75, a project at 80% of its planned hours 65. Now holds 85 and up, Before lunch 70 to 84, This afternoon 40 to 69. How I ordered this shows the whole rubric.
