What can an AI CRM do?
It answers questions about your clients, drafts proposals, invoices and messages, and suggests what to do next. You approve what gets sent. It works in the app, from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through the MCP server, and from your own code through the Builder API, all inside the same permissions.#
Can the AI send emails or invoices on its own?
In the app, no: sending to a client, such as an invoice, a proposal, a text or a bulk send, always waits for your confirmation. From a connected app like Claude or ChatGPT, invoices, proposals, contracts and messages wait for your approval in the Workspace369 app unless you turn on Send without asking for your own connection. Only the person who made the connection can turn it on.#
Which plans include which AI?
Every plan includes AI tools (chat, compose and knowledge search), translation and thread summaries, AI Import, AI connections for Claude and ChatGPT, the Builder API and webhooks. AI tools are Starter on Cadet, Included on Voyager and Specialist, and Advanced on Commander and Enterprise. The AI daily briefing starts on Voyager, AI call summaries and voicemail transcripts on Specialist, and AI-drafted workflows on Commander.#
Which AI apps can connect?
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP apps connect to your workspace with a sign-in. Workspace369 is an approved plugin in ChatGPT; if it doesn't show for you yet, connect by the server URL instead.#
Can the AI see records a team member can't?
No. Every AI call is checked against the member's live permissions, so the AI never sees more than the person using it. The audit log records every connected-app call, with field names but never the values.#
Is AI on the free trial?
Yes. The 14-day trial on Cadet to Commander is the full plan once a card is saved. An owner or admin turns on AI connections.#
What's the difference between AI AutoPilot and the MCP server?
AutoPilot is the assistant inside Workspace369. The MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps work with the same workspace and the same permissions.#
