What is a Look in Workspace369?

A Look in Workspace369 is a named, ready-made style for the pages your clients see: the client portal, its sign-in screen and code emails, and your online booking page. Each Look sets the colors, typefaces, corner shapes, spacing, card style, page layout and booking flow together, so a business makes one decision about how it wants to come across instead of tuning a dozen separate settings. After picking a Look you can change any single part, such as the brand color or the corners, and keep the rest.

What is a Look in Workspace369?

A Look is a complete, named style for your client portal and online booking page. It sets colors, fonts, corners, density, card style, page layout and the booking flow together. You pick one in Settings, under Brand & looks, and can still fine-tune each part.

How many looks are there?

There are eight: Chair, Studio, Ledger, Signal, Atelier, Harbor, Field and Classic. Workspace369 can also build three more from the colors in your logo.

Can I still use my own brand color?

Yes. Pick the look’s own color, one of your logo’s colors, one of ten named colors or any custom hex. Workspace369 checks readability, 4.5:1 for button text and 3:1 for links, and only speaks up when a color fails, with a one-tap darker or lighter shade.

Does one look change both the booking page and the client portal?

Yes. One look applies to the client portal, its sign-in screen and code emails, and your booking page. A booking page can also keep its own look by turning off Match Brand & looks.

How does the Chair booking flow work?

Chair shows a photo and the business first, then one choice per screen: service, team member, time and details. Clients can choose Any team member to book the first free barber, and each team member can show their own length for the same service. No account is needed to book.

Which plans include Looks?

Every plan. Looks styles the client portal on every plan, and online booking pages, which start on Specialist, use the same look.

Will changing my look affect bookings or client data?

No. A look only changes how the pages are presented. Your services, team, availability, invoices and client records stay as they are.

Can I keep the current Workspace369 look?

Yes. Classic is today’s Workspace369 look, neutral and safe for any business, and it stays available alongside the other seven.
