What is workspace customization?
Workspace customization changes how a business app looks to the people who use it and to the clients who open its shared pages. In Workspace369 each person picks light, dark or system, an accent color and a text size, for every workspace or just one. The client portal, booking page, task board links and invoice links use a separate set of 35 themes, so the pages clients see can match your brand while your own screen suits you.

Appearance is how Workspace369 looks for you. Each person picks their own theme, accent color and text size, so one teammate can work in dark mode while another keeps it light.

Pick Light, Dark or System
Choose a theme from three tiles. System follows your phone or computer, so the app turns dark when your device does. You see the change at once and save it from the bar at the bottom.

Search for an accent color
Accent color is a searchable list of color schemes, each with its swatch. Type a word like green to narrow it down. Buttons, links and highlights take the color you pick, in light and dark.

Make the text bigger or smaller
Text size runs from 75% to 150% on a computer and from 100% to 175% on a phone, so lists and forms stay readable on whatever screen you use.

Give one workspace its own look
Work in more than one workspace? Applies to keeps your theme and accent for all of them, or for this one only, so you can tell them apart at a glance. Text size and language stay the same everywhere.
A board link follows your portal theme until you change it.
Every task board has a Public appearance for the link you share. Leave its theme on Inherit and it uses your client portal theme. Pick another and only that board changes.
Applies to every portal page, the sign-in screen, code emails and your booking page.
Inherit uses the workspace client portal theme.
Changes apply to generated board links.

Themes & Appearance questions
Does Workspace369 have dark mode?
Yes. Open Settings, then Appearance, and pick Light, Dark or System. System follows your phone or computer. Each person picks their own, on every plan.
Can I change the accent color?
Yes. Accent color is a searchable list of color schemes, such as Blue delight and Green forest. Buttons, links and highlights take the color you pick, in light and dark.
Can each workspace look different?
Yes. Under Applies to, choose All workspaces or Only this workspace. The theme and accent can differ per workspace. Text size and language are the same in every workspace.
Do clients see my app theme?
No. Your app theme is only for you. The client portal, booking page, shared task boards and invoice links use their own set of 35 themes, which you choose in Brand & looks, on each board's Public appearance and in Document themes.
Which plan includes themes and dark mode?
Dark and light mode, branding, the client portal and public invoice links are on every plan, starting at Cadet. Keeping several invoice layouts to pick from per invoice starts on Voyager.
