Move your client work from Bigin to Workspace369.

Bigin by Zoho is a low-cost pipeline CRM: free for one user, then $9 a user a month on Express, $15 on Premier and $21 on Bigin 360 with monthly billing ($7, $12 and $18 billed yearly). It is strong at simple sales pipelines, built-in calling and the Zoho integrations. If your business has outgrown pipelines and needs client work to run (proposals, projects, tracked time, invoices and a client portal), Workspace369 keeps all of it on one client record. Bigin documents a CSV export from its modules, a notes export and a full data backup. There is no Bigin-specific importer in Workspace369. What it has is AI Import, which maps your spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Bigin prices were checked on its own pricing page on October 23, 2026.

14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first

What moves, what doesn't

There is no one-click import from Bigin, and Workspace369 does not claim one. You export spreadsheets from Bigin, one module at a time, and AI Import does the column mapping.

Moves with you

  • Contacts and companies, as clients. Bigin says you can export records from any module to a CSV file. Export Companies for business clients and Contacts for people. AI Import maps the columns to client records, and you review the mapping first.
  • Products. Export the Products module the same way. AI Import reads CSV or XLSX files of products, invoices and proposals.
  • The cost, before you commit. The import shows its AI usage estimate before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.

You re-create these

  • Pipelines and deals. Workspace369 has client stages (by default Lead, Onboarding, Active, Paused and Past, and you can rename them), not team pipelines. Open deals come across as clients at the Lead stage, or as proposals.
  • Notes and activities. Bigin exports all your notes as one CSV, from Setup, Data Administration, Export Data. AI Import doesn’t read notes or activities, so keep the file for reference and copy the notes that matter onto the client record.
  • Automations and forms. Rebuild your key follow-ups as Workspace369 workflows and your Bigin forms as intake forms or funnels. Custom fields on clients come with every plan.
  • Your Bigin phone setup. Workspace369 has its own business phone line, texting and calling from Voyager. It does not promise a number port-in, so plan on a new number and tell clients before you switch.

No lock-in either way: the workspace owner can request a full data export from Workspace369 at any time. For a full copy of Bigin, an administrator can download a data backup under Settings, Data Administration, Data Backup. Paid editions include two free backups a month; on the Free edition or a trial, Bigin sells a one-time backup.

The seat math

Per-user pricing against included seats

Bigin charges per user: $15 a month on Premier and $21 on Bigin 360 with monthly billing. Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats, with extra seats at $10 from Voyager.

Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages, all on monthly billing. Bigin also has a Free edition for one user and Express at $9 a user.

Team sizeBigin PremierBigin 360Workspace369
1 person$15$21$29 (Cadet, 1 seat)
2 people$30$42$74 (Voyager, 2 seats)
5 people$75$105$104 (Voyager $74 + 3 extra seats at $10)
10 people$150$210$149 (Specialist, 10 seats)
20 people$300$420$249 (Specialist $149 + 10 extra seats at $10)

Bigin costs less for small teams: on Premier it is cheaper up to 9 people, and Express and the Free edition cost less still. From 10 people Workspace369 is about the same as Premier ($149 against $150) and pulls ahead as the team grows ($249 against $300 at 20 people), and it costs less than Bigin 360 from 5 people ($104 against $105). The comparison is not like for like: Bigin’s price covers a pipeline CRM, while Workspace369’s covers projects, time tracking, proposals, invoices and the client portal as well. Step by step

The switching checklist

Seven steps, in order.
  1. Export your modules from Bigin

Export Contacts, Companies and Products as CSV, one module at a time, and export your notes from Setup, Data Administration, Export Data. An administrator can also download a full data backup.

  2. Start the trial and set up your services and prices

The 14-day trial is enough time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.

  3. Run AI Import for your clients

Upload the CSV or XLSX files. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start.

  4. Set your client stages and bring open deals across

Rename the default client stages to match how you sell, then mark open deals as leads or send them a proposal.

  5. Rebuild the automations and forms you use

Re-create your key follow-ups as workflows and your forms as intake forms or funnels. Email automations run on every plan, and SMS steps start on Voyager.

  6. Add your team and set permissions

Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.

  7. Cancel Bigin once you’ve moved

Keep Bigin until your exports are saved and your team works in Workspace369, then cancel the paid edition.

Fair is fair

Stay on Bigin if…

  • You only need a pipeline, at the lowest price. Bigin is free for one user and $9 a user a month on Express. Workspace369 starts at $29 and has no free plan.
  • Several sales pipelines are the job. Bigin lists 3 team pipelines on Express, 5 on Premier and 15 on Bigin 360. Workspace369 has client stages and proposals, not separate pipelines.
  • You sell over WhatsApp or social lead ads. Bigin lists WhatsApp Business and Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok lead ads integrations from Express.
  • You already run on other Zoho apps. Bigin lists Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice and Zoho Sign integrations. If those hold the rest of your business, staying keeps everything connected.

FAQ

Switching questions, answered straight

Is there a Bigin importer?

No. Workspace369 has no Bigin-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result.

How do I export my data from Bigin?

Bigin says you can export records from any of its modules to a CSV file. Notes export separately: go to Setup, Data Administration, Export Data, choose Notes and click Export, and download the CSV from the notification. For everything at once, an administrator can download a data backup under Settings, Data Administration, Data Backup.

Is Bigin cheaper than Workspace369?

Usually, yes. Bigin is free for one user and $9 a user a month on Express, and Premier at $15 a user costs less than Workspace369 up to 9 people. From 10 people Workspace369 is about the same as Premier ($149 against $150) and less than Bigin 360 ($210), and at 20 people it is $249 against $300 on Premier. Bigin’s price covers a pipeline CRM; Workspace369’s also covers projects, time tracking, proposals, invoices and the client portal.

Do my Bigin pipelines come across?

Not as pipelines. Workspace369 has client stages (Lead, Onboarding, Active, Paused and Past by default, and you can rename them) and proposals, not separate team pipelines. Bring open deals across as clients at the Lead stage, or send them a proposal. If running several pipelines is the job, Bigin is the better fit.

What does AI Import cost?

It counts toward your workspace’s AI usage, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. AI usage is separate from email credits.

Am I locked in to Workspace369?

No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.
