Move your client work from monday.com to Workspace369.

monday CRM is a flexible, board-based CRM: $18 a seat a month on Basic, $25 on Standard and $41 on Pro with monthly billing, sold in seat bundles that start at 3 seats ($12, $17 and $28 billed yearly). Basic, Standard and Pro include quotes and invoices, capped at 20, 50 and 250 a month. It is strong at custom boards, automations and AI agents. If your business runs on client work, with proposals, projects, tracked time, invoices and a client portal, and you are building that out of boards, Workspace369 gives it to you ready-made, with seats included in the plan. monday.com documents an Excel export for every board, and an account admin can download all boards and files at once. There is no monday-specific importer in Workspace369. What it has is AI Import, which maps your spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. monday prices were checked on its own pricing page on October 23, 2026.

14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first

What moves, what doesn't

There is no one-click import from monday.com, and Workspace369 does not claim one. You export each board to Excel and AI Import does the column mapping.

Moves with you

  • Contacts and accounts, as clients. Open your Contacts or Accounts board (and Leads, if you use it), click the three dots, then More actions, then Export board to Excel. AI Import reads XLSX, maps the columns to client records, and you review the mapping first.
  • Products, quotes and invoices, if they live on boards. Export those boards the same way. AI Import reads files of products, invoices and proposals, so monday quotes can come across as proposals.
  • The cost, before you commit. The import shows its AI usage estimate before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.

You re-create these

  • Deals and pipelines. Workspace369 has client stages (by default Lead, Onboarding, Active, Paused and Past, and you can rename them), not deal boards. Open deals come across as clients at the Lead stage, or as proposals, and the Home Pipeline widget shows open proposals by stage, with won totals not yet invoiced.
  • Project and task boards. AI Import doesn’t create projects or tasks. Set up your active projects again; Workspace369 has list, Kanban and calendar views on every plan, and Gantt views and task dependencies from Voyager.
  • Automations, forms and dashboards. Rebuild your key automations as workflows, your forms as intake forms or funnels, and your dashboards from Workspace369’s widgets. Email automations run on every plan, and SMS steps start on Voyager.
  • Updates and activity. A board export can include updates on a separate tab, but AI Import doesn’t read them. Keep the file for your records.

No lock-in either way: the workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data. In monday.com, an account admin can download every board and file as one zip, including private boards, which is worth keeping before you cancel.

The seat math

Seat bundles against included seats

monday CRM sells seats in bundles of 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20, at $25 a seat on Standard and $41 on Pro with monthly billing, so a team of 4 pays for 5. Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats, with extra seats at $10 from Voyager.

Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages, all on monthly billing. monday totals are its per-seat price times the bundle you would buy.

Step by step

The switching checklist

Seven steps, in order.
  1. Export your boards from monday.com

Export your Contacts, Accounts and any product, quote or invoice boards to Excel (three dots, More actions, Export board to Excel). An account admin can also download every board and file as one zip.

  2. Start the trial and set up your services and prices

The 14-day trial gives you time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.

  3. Run AI Import for your clients

Upload the Excel files. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start.

  4. Set your client stages and bring open deals across

Rename the default client stages to match how you sell, then mark open deals as leads or send them a proposal.

  5. Set up active projects and rebuild key automations

Recreate the projects you are delivering now, and rebuild the automations and forms you rely on as workflows, intake forms or funnels.

  6. Add your team and set permissions

Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.

  7. Cancel monday.com once you’ve moved

Keep monday until your exports are saved and your team works in Workspace369, then cancel or reduce your seats.

Fair is fair

Stay on monday.com if…

  • You design your own system on boards. monday lets you build boards, columns, views and automations for any process, across sales, projects and other departments. Workspace369 is built around client work, with customizable boards and workflows inside that structure.
  • Sales outreach at volume is the job. monday CRM lists AI agents such as an outreach caller and lead sourcer from Standard, and mass emails and email sequences on Pro. Workspace369 has scheduled email sequences on every plan (SMS steps from Voyager), SMS broadcasts from Voyager, and email and SMS campaigns from Specialist, but no AI outreach agents or lead scoring.
  • Your team is 2 to 5 people and only needs a CRM. monday CRM Basic costs less at that size, as the table shows.
  • Other teams in your company already run on monday. Keeping sales, delivery and other departments on one platform has value of its own.
