Move your client work from SuiteDash to Workspace369.
SuiteDash charges one flat price with unlimited staff and clients: START $19, THRIVE $49 and PINNACLE $99 a month. On START or THRIVE, that is cheaper than Workspace369 at every size on this page, and this page says so. People switch for the things SuiteDash’s pricing and features pages do not list: a phone line and accounting, plus texting that runs through Twilio at cost, and a setup that SuiteDash sells help with. There is no SuiteDash-specific importer. What Workspace369 does have is AI Import, which maps your own spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Prices below were checked on SuiteDash’s own pages on October 23, 2026.
14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first
What moves, what doesn't
There is no one-click import from SuiteDash, and Workspace369 does not claim one. You bring your data as spreadsheets and AI Import does the column mapping.Moves with you
- Clients, products, expenses, invoices and proposals. Export contacts and companies from SuiteDash’s CRM as CSV (SuiteDash’s export guide), upload them, and AI Import maps the columns to the right fields. You review the mapping first.
- The cost, before you commit. The import shows how much of your monthly usage it needs before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.
- Files and notes. Download them from SuiteDash and attach them to the client record or project.
You re-create these
- Time entries. AI Import’s record types are clients, products, expenses, invoices and proposals. Keep your SuiteDash time export for your records and track time fresh in Workspace369.
- Your SuiteDash setup. Custom menus, deal pipelines, FLOWs, automations, folder generators and branded portals are SuiteDash configuration. Rebuild the ones you use; Workspace369 has its own workflows, forms and portal.
- Documents and templates. Download signed documents, then rebuild the contract and proposal templates you actually use; for most people that is a handful.
- Links and cards. Old portal, proposal and invoice links keep pointing at SuiteDash, and saved payment methods cannot be moved between systems.
No lock-in either way: the workspace owner can request a full data export from Workspace369 at any time. Keep your SuiteDash account active until the last open invoice there is paid.
The seat math
Flat unlimited staff against included seats
SuiteDash’s pricing is “one price … NOT per user”, with unlimited clients and staff on all plans: START $19, THRIVE $49 and PINNACLE $99 a month ($180, $480 and $960 billed yearly). Dynamic proposals start on THRIVE and the automation toolkit on PINNACLE. Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats.Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages.
| Team size | SuiteDash, monthly | Workspace369, monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $19 (START) | $29 (Cadet, 1 seat) |
| 2 people | $19 (START) | $74 (Voyager, 2 seats) |
| 5 people | $19 (START) to $49 (THRIVE) | $104 (Voyager $74 + 3 extra seats at $10) |
| 10 people | $19 (START) to $99 (PINNACLE) | $149 (Specialist, 10 seats) |
| 25 people | $19 (START) to $99 (PINNACLE) | $299 (Specialist $149 + 15 extra seats at $10) |
For team size alone, SuiteDash START and THRIVE are cheaper at every row, and the gap widens as the team grows: staff are unlimited on all plans. If you need dynamic proposals you are on THRIVE ($49); if you need the automation toolkit you are on PINNACLE ($99). Some capabilities are also sold as separate Power-Ups at $15 to $50 a month each. What you pay Workspace369 for is not seat count. Calling and texting start on Voyager ($74), the phone system (IVR, call queues, call recording) and basic accounting on Specialist ($149). SuiteDash’s features page lists SMS as a Twilio pass-through “billed at cost with no markup”, and its pricing, features and Power-Ups pages list no phone or voice feature or accounting module. Guided setup is a paid extra: Sensei Kickstart is reported at $299 and one-on-one Wizarding sessions at $50 for 45 minutes (reported; we could not confirm these on SuiteDash’s public pages on October 17, 2026).
Step by step
The switching checklist
Seven steps, in order.Export your data from SuiteDash
Export your contacts and companies from the CRM as CSV, check in your account what else you can export (invoices, payments), since SuiteDash’s export guide only documents contacts and companies, and download signed documents and templates. Skip closed work; it stays in SuiteDash as your archive.
Start the trial and set up your services and prices
The 14-day trial is enough time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.
Run AI Import for each record type
Upload a CSV or XLSX for clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the usage it needs is shown before you start.
Re-create your templates and forms
Rebuild the contract, proposal and questionnaire templates you actually use. Most people rebuild a short list, not everything.
Add your team and set permissions
Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.
Connect Stripe for payments
Workspace369 payments run on Stripe. Connect once and every invoice goes out with a payment link, with payment plans on Specialist and above.
Cancel SuiteDash when the last open invoice there is paid
Keep the account active until then. Once the final invoice clears and you have your exports, cancel.
Fair is fair
Stay on SuiteDash if…
- You need the cheapest possible price for a large team. SuiteDash is flat with unlimited staff and clients. START at $19 a month beats every Workspace369 plan, and PINNACLE at $99 beats everything from Specialist ($149) up.
- You want an extremely white-labeled portal. SuiteDash lists white labeling from START, and its trial includes a branded domain and login screen. Workspace369 offers a branded client portal with your logo and colors, but not custom domains for client pages.
- You need to go deep on configuration. SuiteDash has deal pipelines, a LMS, support tickets, task dependencies and more on the higher tiers. If you rely on those, check the Workspace369 feature matrix before you commit.
- You do not need a phone line or accounting. SuiteDash covers invoicing, subscriptions and payments, and its texting is billed at cost through Twilio. If that is enough, you are not paying for what you do not use.
- Your setup is already built. If your portals, FLOWs and templates work and the price is fine, a move has a real cost in hours and no payoff.

FAQ
Switching questions, answered straight
Is there a SuiteDash importer?
No. Workspace369 has no SuiteDash-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result.
Is SuiteDash cheaper than Workspace369?
Yes, for any team that fits START or THRIVE; PINNACLE ($99) costs more than Cadet or Voyager for one or two people. SuiteDash is flat with unlimited staff and clients: START $19, THRIVE $49 and PINNACLE $99 a month. Workspace369 Specialist is $149 a month for 10 seats. Workspace369 costs more because texting, calling, a phone system and accounting are built into its plans.
Does SuiteDash have texting?
Yes, through Twilio. SuiteDash’s features page says pass-through services including SMS through Twilio are billed at cost with no markup. Workspace369 includes two-way texting and calling from Voyager ($74/month, 2 seats), set up inside the workspace.
Does SuiteDash have a phone system or accounting?
Not on its pricing, features or Power-Ups pages, checked October 17, 2026. Workspace369 includes calling from Voyager, a phone system with IVR and call queues from Specialist ($149/month), and basic accounting from Specialist, with full accounting from Commander ($299/month).
Is SuiteDash harder to set up?
SuiteDash sells guided setup as a paid extra: a Sensei Kickstart reported at $299 and Wizarding sessions reported at $50 for 45 minutes each (not confirmed on SuiteDash’s public pages on October 17, 2026). We cannot measure setup time for you; run the 14-day Workspace369 trial with one real client and compare.
Does Workspace369 have a mobile app?
Workspace369 has a native app for iPhone and iPad. SuiteDash’s features page describes mobile as a progressive web app under your brand.
What does AI Import cost?
It draws on your plan’s monthly AI usage, and the usage it needs is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. Email credits are separate.
Am I locked in to Workspace369?
No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.
How long does switching take?
Most teams re-enter their active work in a few hours: current clients, open proposals and unpaid invoices. Rebuilding contract and proposal templates is usually the longest part.
