Move your client work from Wrike to Workspace369.

Wrike is a capable project management platform, and its Team plan costs less per seat: $10 a user a month on Team and $25 on Business, billed annually. What its pricing page doesn’t list is the client side of the job: proposals, invoices or a client portal. Time tracking and timesheets start on Business, and budgets with billable hours sit on Pinnacle, which is priced on request. If you plan client work in Wrike and send proposals and invoices from other tools, Workspace369 puts proposals, projects, time, invoices and the client portal on one client record, with seats included in the plan. There is no Wrike importer in Workspace369. What it has is AI Import, which maps your spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Wrike prices were checked on its own pricing page on October 23, 2026.

14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first

What moves, what doesn't

There is no one-click import from Wrike, and Workspace369 does not claim one. Wrike exports tasks, projects, folders and spaces to Excel, and AI Import reads Excel and CSV files, so a client list moves; projects and tasks are set up again.

Moves with you

  • Your client list, as clients. If you keep clients in a Wrike folder or table, export it to Excel from the ••• menu or with Export this table to Excel. If they live in another tool, export them from there. AI Import maps the columns to client records, and you review the mapping first.
  • Products, proposals or invoices. If your price list or past invoices live in a spreadsheet or your accounting tool, export them as CSV. AI Import reads files of products, invoices and proposals too.
  • The cost, before you commit. The import shows its AI usage estimate before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.

You re-create these

  • Projects and tasks. AI Import doesn’t create projects or tasks. Set up your active projects again; Workspace369 has tasks and subtasks with list, Kanban and calendar views on every plan, and Gantt views and task dependencies from Voyager. Wrike’s Excel export keeps statuses, dates, assignees, dependencies and time logs for reference.
  • Comments and attachments. Wrike’s Excel export leaves out attachments and comments. Download the files you need to keep before you cancel.
  • Automations and blueprints. Rebuild your key automations as Workspace369 workflows, and set up the projects your blueprints describe again. Email automations run on every plan, and SMS steps start on Voyager.

No lock-in either way: the Workspace369 workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data. In Wrike, every user except Collaborators, Contributors and Viewers can export to Excel, up to 65,000 rows per file.

Wrike’s newest plan

Wrike’s newest plan is for enterprises. Client invoicing runs through integrations.

On January 21, 2026, Wrike added Apex, a new top plan sold through its sales team, and stopped selling Enterprise to new accounts. Budgeting with billable hours, job roles and BI sit on Pinnacle and Apex, both priced on request. That direction suits organizations running portfolios of projects. A service business that sells, delivers and bills client work is weighing different things.

Where Workspace369 fits client work better

  • Intake that creates a client. Public intake forms on every plan turn a request into a client record, not only a task.
  • Proposals and contracts clients sign online, on every plan. We found neither on Wrike’s pricing page or plan comparison.
  • Invoices without an accounting connector. Wrike lists invoicing through its QuickBooks integration on Pinnacle and its NetSuite integration, which needs Wrike Integrate. Workspace369 sends invoices and payment links itself and turns billable time into invoices, on every plan.
  • A client portal for more than approvals. Wrike’s free viewers and guest approvals let clients see and approve work. Workspace369’s portal also holds their invoices, files and messages.
  • Texting and calls from Voyager ($74 a month, 2 seats). We found no texting or phone line on Wrike’s pricing page.

Where Wrike is stronger

  • Request forms with logic. Dynamic request forms with conditional logic, from Business.
  • Templates and blueprints for projects, folders and tasks, kept apart from live work, from Business.
  • Effort allocation per task and per person, with workload charts, from Business.
  • Salesforce and Adobe Creative Cloud. A native Salesforce integration and a Creative Cloud extension, from Business.
  • Free viewers on every plan, for clients, contractors and teammates in other departments.
  • Controls for large accounts. SAML single sign-on and user audit reports, from Pinnacle.

The seat math

Per-user pricing against included seats

Wrike charges per user and lists its prices billed annually: $10 a month on Team, for 2 to 15 users, and $25 on Business, for 5 to 200 users. To compare like with like, this table uses Workspace369’s yearly prices too, at team sizes the included seats cover.

Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages, per month, billed annually on both sides.

Team sizeWrike Team ($10, billed annually)Wrike Business ($25, billed annually)Workspace369 (billed annually)
1 person$20 (2-user minimum)$125 (5-user minimum)$23.25 (Cadet, 1 seat)
2 people$20$125 (5-user minimum)$59.25 (Voyager, 2 seats)
10 people$100$250$119.25 (Specialist, 10 seats)
20 peopleNot offered (15-user cap)$500$239.25 (Commander, 20 seats)

Wrike Team wins on price: it costs less than Workspace369 at every size it covers, even with its 2-user minimum ($20 against $23.25 for one person). Business costs more than Workspace369 at every size here. Team doesn’t include time tracking, which starts on Business. What the Workspace369 price buys is the client work Wrike’s pricing page doesn’t list: proposals, invoices, a client portal, and timesheets that become invoices, all on every Workspace369 plan. Step by step

The switching checklist

Seven steps, in order.
  1. Export what you need from Wrike

Export your active projects to Excel from the ••• menu, and download attachments you need to keep, since the export leaves them out.

  2. Start the trial and set up your services and prices

The 14-day trial gives you time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.

  3. Run AI Import for your clients

Upload your client list as CSV or Excel. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start.

  4. Set up your active projects

Recreate the projects you are delivering now with tasks, subtasks and due dates.

  5. Add your team and set permissions

Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.

  6. Send your first proposal

Send a proposal from the client record. When the client signs, it becomes a project; log time against it and turn billable hours into an invoice, all visible in the client portal.

  7. Leave Wrike once you’ve moved

Keep Wrike until your exports are saved and your team works in Workspace369, then cancel Wrike or reduce your seats.

Fair is fair

Stay on Wrike if…

  • You run large, cross-team programs. Wrike sells resource and capacity planning, portfolio budgeting and BI for big programs. If that is your work, weigh it before you move.
  • Proofing is central to your work. Wrike lists file proofing and guest approvals from Business. Workspace369’s client portal lets clients sign proposals and contracts, but it doesn’t mark up creative files.
  • A free plan covers you. Wrike has a Free plan with limits on active tasks. Workspace369 starts at $29 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no free plan.
  • Your team is 2 to 15 people and only tracks tasks. If proposals, invoices and time already run well elsewhere, Wrike Team costs less per seat.

FAQ

Switching questions, answered straight

Is there a Wrike importer?

No. Workspace369 has no Wrike-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result. Projects and tasks are set up again.

How do I export my data from Wrike?

From a space, folder or project, open the ••• menu and choose Export to Excel, or use Export this table to Excel in Table view. Every user except Collaborators, Contributors and Viewers can export. Attachments and comments aren’t included.

Is Wrike cheaper than Workspace369?

Team is, per seat. Billed annually, Wrike Team is $10 a user for 2 to 15 users and Business $25 for 5 to 200 users. Team costs less than Workspace369 at every size it covers; Business costs more. Wrike’s pricing page doesn’t list proposals, invoices or a client portal; Workspace369 includes them on every plan.

Does the Workspace369 trial need a card?

Yes. You add a card to start the 14-day trial on Cadet through Commander, and nothing is charged if you cancel in Settings → Billing before it ends. Keep Wrike running while you try it, and cancel Wrike once your clients and open work have moved.

Does Workspace369 track time and bill it?

Yes, on every plan. Workspace369 has timers, manual entries and weekly timesheets with approvals, and turns billable hours into invoices. Wrike lists time tracking and timesheets from Business, and budgets with billable hours on Pinnacle.

What does AI Import cost?

It counts toward your workspace’s AI usage, and the AI usage estimate is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. AI usage is separate from email credits.

Am I locked in to Workspace369?

No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.

Ready to make the move?

Start the trial, run the checklist above, and leave Wrike once your exports are saved and your team is working in Workspace369.
