How to Add and Import Clients in Workspace369
You can add clients to Workspace369 in two ways: click Import data on the Clients page to upload a CSV or Excel file, or click Add Client to enter one by hand. When you import, Workspace369's AI matches your columns to the right fields, and you review every row before anything is added. Stages and lead sources then show where each client stands and where they came from.

Welcome back. In this video, we'll bring your clients into Workspace369: from a spreadsheet, or one at a time, and keep them organized with stages and lead sources.
Everything starts on the Clients page. Here's your client list, with each client's stage, their next follow-up, and where they came from.
If your clients are already in a spreadsheet, or another app, click Import data. Choose what you're importing. In this case, clients. Then upload a CSV or Excel file. Workspace369's AI matches your columns to the right fields, and you review every row before anything is added.
To add someone by hand, go back to your client list, and click Add Client. Type their first and last name. Then pick a stage. Stages show where each client is, from a new lead, to onboarding, to an active client. Choose a lead source, so you always know where your business comes from. She found us on social media. Add their email and phone number, so you can reach them right from Workspace369. Click Create client, and she's added to your list.
The tabs at the top filter your list by stage. Under Leads, there's the client we just added. To add a stage of your own, click the plus next to the tabs. Click a client to see everything about them in one place: contact details, notes, invoices, and their activity. And that's it. Your clients are in, and organized by stage. In the next video, we'll go from a proposal to a paid invoice.
