How to Plan Your Schedule in the Workspace369 Calendar
To plan your schedule in Workspace369, open Calendar under Work. It shows your month at a glance: every job, call and appointment. Use Display Options to switch to the Team view, with one column per person, and click a job to see when and where it is and who it's for, with buttons to call, text or email the client. To add a job, click Add Schedule, give it a title, and add the client and everyone working on it. The Availability panel shows when they're all free. Pick a time, make the job repeat every week, choose a category, and click Save event.

FAQ
Common questions
How do I add a job to the Workspace369 calendar?
Open Calendar under Work and click Add Schedule. Give the job a title, add the client and everyone working on it, and pick a time. You can make it repeat and give it a category. Then click Save event.
How do I see my whole team's schedule?
In Calendar, open Display Options and pick Team. Each column is one person, with their jobs for the day, so you can see everyone's day side by side. Click a job to see when and where it is and who it's for.
Can I put more than one person on a job?
Yes. Add each person to the job, and it shows up on each of their days. The Availability panel shows when everyone on the job is free, so you can pick a time that works for all of them.
Can I make a job repeat every week?
Yes. Set the job to repeat every week, and you'll see the next dates it lands on before you save. It then shows up on the calendar every week, so you only set it up once.
Can I contact the client from the calendar?
Yes. Click a job to see its details, with buttons to call, text or email the client. When you add a job, you can also send the client an email invite or a text reminder.

Welcome back. In this video, we'll plan your schedule in the calendar: see who's doing what, add a job, and make it repeat.
Open Calendar, under Work. Here's your month at a glance: every job, call and appointment.
Display Options changes the view. I'll pick Team, to see everyone's day side by side. Each column is one person, with their jobs for today. Click a job to see the details: when, where, and who it's for, with buttons to call, text or email the client.
To add a job, click Add Schedule. Give it a title. This one is a weekly fleet wash. Add the client: Drew Walsh. You can also send them an email invite, or a text reminder. Mason's already on it. Add Harper, so it's on both their days.
The Availability panel shows when everyone on the job is free. I'll take 3:30. Make it repeat every week. You'll see the next dates it lands on. Then pick a category: Fleet Service. Then click Save event.
There it is, on both Mason's and Harper's days, and it repeats every week, so you only set it up once. And that's your calendar. In the next video, we'll set up your online booking page.
