How to Set Up Your Online Booking Page in Workspace369
To set up your online booking page in Workspace369, open Settings, then Booking pages under Calendar & booking, and click New page. Give the page a name clients will see, and the link updates to match. Under Looks, pick a look and a brand color: the colors, fonts and layout, in one click. The preview shows exactly what your clients will see. Under Services, switch off anything you don't want on the page, and use Booking rules to confirm bookings straight away or approve each request first. Click Create Page, and Share & embed gives you the link, a QR code, or a way to put the page on your website. Clients pick a service, choose a day and a time, add their details and book, with no account needed.

Common questions
How do I set up an online booking page in Workspace369?
Open Settings, and under Calendar & booking, open Booking pages. Click New page, give it a name clients will see, and pick a look. Under Services, switch off anything you don't want on the page, set your booking rules, and click Create Page.#
Can I make my booking page match my brand?
Yes. Under Looks, pick a look to set the colors, fonts and layout in one click, and choose a brand color. The preview shows exactly what your clients will see before you create the page.#
Do I have to approve every booking?
No, it's your choice. Booking rules let you confirm bookings straight away, or approve each request first. Each booking page is a different way for clients to book, and you can make more than one.#
How do I embed my booking page on my website?
In Settings, open Booking pages, open the page, and click Share & embed. Under Embed on your website, choose a format: Inline, Popup button, Your form or Plain iframe. Click copy, paste the code into your website's HTML or a code block (in WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or Webflow, use an HTML or embed block), publish your site, and make a test booking. The code already holds your workspace ID and page, so there's nothing to fill in.#
Which embed format should my developer use?
Inline puts the booking calendar on the page where you paste the code, and it sizes itself to its content. Popup button adds a floating Book now button to every page you paste it on, and any element with the data-w369-booking attribute also opens it. Your form loads the same script with data-mode="api", so your own form or button can call W369Booking.open() with the client's name, email and phone (phone numbers in E.164, like +14155550100), or W369Booking.mount() to show it inside your own element. Plain iframe is for site builders that block scripts: fixed height, no popup. The script embeds load https://369.dev/booking.js.#
Can my developer prefill details or track where a booking came from?
Yes, with the script embeds. Add data-prefill-name, data-prefill-email, data-prefill-phone (E.164, like +14155550100) and data-prefill-notes to the script tag, or pass the same values as prefill to W369Booking.open() or W369Booking.mount(). data-service and data-member preselect a service or team member, using the IDs on the Developer IDs tab in Share & embed, and data-step="time" skips the details form once the name, email and a valid phone are filled in. Extra fields go in metadata (up to 20 keys) and are saved with the booking and on a new client's record. To track where bookings come from, pass your UTM values as source in W369Booking.open() or mount(): they show under Booking source on the new client's record. UTM tags on your page's address alone are passed along but not saved. When a booking is made, the page fires a w369:booked event with the booking ID; for a booking with a deposit, it fires before the payment.#
How big is the embed, and how does the popup open?
Inline and W369Booking.mount() grow and shrink to fit each step of the booking. The popup opens in a window up to 1000 by 720 pixels that scrolls inside, and closes with the close button, the Escape key or a click outside it. Plain iframe is 900 pixels tall unless you change its height in the code. The popup's floating button sits in the bottom-right corner: change its text with data-label (up to 40 characters) and its color with data-color (a hex color like #111827), or skip it with data-mode="api" and add data-w369-booking to any of your own buttons or links. The full reference is in the embedding guide: docs.workspace369.com/v/2026.3/scheduling/embed-booking-on-your-website/#
Can I take deposits through an embedded booking page?
Yes. Deposits or full payment at booking are set on the booking page itself, so every embed format takes them, because each one opens your booking page. The REST API can't create a booking with a deposit, so if you need a deposit, send clients through the embedded booking page rather than creating bookings through the API. In an embed, payment opens Stripe in the same browser tab, and after paying, the client sees the confirmation with a button back to your website.#
Can I limit which websites can embed my booking page?
Yes. In Share & embed, list up to 20 allowed websites, or leave it empty to allow any website. Plain iframes can't be restricted this way. Every embed shows a small Powered by Workspace369 credit.#
Do my clients need an account to book?
No account needed. Clients open your booking page, pick a service, then choose a day and a time. Last, they add their details and book.#
Which plans include booking pages?
Booking pages are included on the Specialist, Commander and Enterprise plans. Cadet and Voyager include the calendar and email appointment reminders, but not a booking page.#
