Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use Workspace369, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or larger text. This page says what we aim for, where we fall short today, and how to reach a person.
Our goal
We aim for our marketing site (workspace369.com) and our apps to work with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We are working toward that goal. We have not had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we do
- We write text alternatives for meaningful images on our website, and several animated parts of the site follow your device's "reduce motion" setting.
- The Workspace369 app supports larger text sizes on phones.
Known limitations
Plain-language list of what does not work well yet:
- Web app screen-reader support is limited. The web version of the app (app.workspace369.com) is drawn on a canvas rather than standard page elements. Screen readers only see its contents if you switch on the app's accessibility mode, and some parts, especially text fields, may not read or move focus correctly. The iOS and Android apps use each phone's built-in accessibility support and generally work better with VoiceOver and TalkBack, but some screens still have unlabeled buttons or custom controls.
- Keyboard use in some dialogs, menus and calendar or drag-and-drop screens in the app may be incomplete.
- Documents and PDFs generated by the app (for example invoices and sealed e-signature PDFs) are not guaranteed to be tagged for screen readers. Contact us and we will provide the information another way.
- Videos on our site and YouTube channels do not all have accurate captions or transcripts yet.
- Content from customers (for example pages, forms and portals our customers build) is created by them, and we cannot guarantee that it is accessible. Our page-builder tools are working toward helping customers meet the standard.
- Translations. Our site is available in many languages. Machine translation may contain errors.
Supported browsers and assistive technology
We design for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, and for the current and previous major versions of iOS and Android.

You can also ask for documents in an alternative format.
We try to fix reported barriers within 30 days when it is practical, or tell you why not and when we expect to.
