Place your logo
Use your workspace logo or choose another image for the PDF, then set its width, height and alignment: left, center or right.

Show the client's purchase order
Clients that need a PO on every invoice get one. Show the PO number, amount and date, each on its own switch, along with the client details and payment terms you want printed.

Add registration numbers and a footer
Print your company and tax registration numbers, and a footer line for bank details or terms. Change orders and an activity summary can go on the PDF too.

Can I customize invoice PDFs in Workspace369?
Yes. Settings, Invoices, PDF template lets you pick one of six templates (Classic, Stacked, Simple, Modern, Futuristic and Docket), set the theme color, logo size and alignment, and switch each detail on or off. A preview follows every change.
What can an invoice PDF show?
Document info, your business details and logo, client details, purchase orders, a per-line tax column, a tax summary by rate, registration numbers, a footer line, change orders and an activity summary. Each one has its own switch.
Is the invoice link the same design as the PDF?
No, each has its own. The page clients open from an invoice link uses Document themes: ten layouts, 35 palettes, your color, typeface and logo size, and a page language. The PDF keeps its own template.
Can proposals have their own design?
Yes. Proposals have four document themes (Modern, Minimal, Classic and Bold) on every plan. From Specialist they can also have a page background and a cover image that can fill, inset or fade.
