A rule in Outlook, or forwarding set by your admin, brings client mail to your workspace address. From the thread, the reply, the client's record, the invoice and the teammate who picks it up are all one step away.

What connects from Microsoft 365?

Can the whole team see client email?
On Voyager and up, yes. Forwarded mailboxes feed a shared inbox, so client communication is visible to the team instead of locked in individual inboxes. On Cadet, mail lands in your own email inbox.
Does Workspace369 replace Outlook?
No. Your Microsoft 365 mailboxes stay as they are; forwarding a copy of client mail puts it next to the work it concerns.
Why not sign in with my Microsoft 365 password?
Microsoft has turned off password sign-in for mailbox reads in Exchange Online, and admins cannot turn it back on, so Workspace369 does not ask for your Microsoft 365 password to read mail. A forwarding rule needs no password. The one-click Microsoft 365 connection is coming soon.
Can I connect Gmail instead?
Yes. Gmail connects today as an Other SMTP mailbox with an app password; one-click Google sign-in is coming soon.
