How to Connect Your Email Address to Workspace369
To connect your email address to Workspace369, open Inbox and click the gear to open Inbox Settings, then open Domains & connections. Every workspace gets its own email address automatically, and it works right away: replies land in your inbox. To send from your own domain, click Add your domain and type it, and you can use addresses like hello@, billing@ and support@. If you already get email at that domain through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, tick the box so that mail keeps working. Next, you copy a few records to wherever you bought your domain, then come back to check and finish. It takes about ten minutes. Once it's connected, your emails go out from your own domain, and replies come back to your inbox. Already use another mailbox? Click Connect mailbox, then Other SMTP mailbox, and enter its mail server, your username and an app password. The inbox checks it for new mail every couple of minutes.
