Published October 9, 2026 · Workspace369 editorial team
Who can participate?
Adults who own or operate an agency or freelance business and know the details of an engagement agreed from July 11 through October 8, 2026. Use your most recent qualifying agreement. No client names, invoices or account identifiers are requested.
The questionnaire pilot runs October 9–16. Main collection runs October 17–November 6, 2026. Pilot responses test the questions and are excluded from the main benchmark. Participation is voluntary and unpaid.
How will the findings be calculated?
This is an opt-in study, not a random sample of all providers. We will separate agencies and freelancers, services, provider and client countries, currencies, pricing units and scope. Asking prices and quotes stay separate from signed or paid agreements. An agreed fee is not the same as money collected.
We will report usable response counts, missing values, medians and quartiles. Groups below 10 responses are suppressed; groups below 30 are labeled exploratory. These are publication rules, not guarantees of representativeness. We will review duplicates and unusual values, record exclusions and publish only aggregate tables. No findings or response totals are claimed before collection and validation.
What happens to your response?
The questionnaire prepares a file on your device. Nothing is submitted automatically. To participate, email that file to support@workspace369.com. Email reveals your sender address; this is a confidential submission, not anonymous email. We separate contact details from the analytical dataset and use them only for study administration or a correction you request.
Keep the response code in your file. To correct or withdraw an individual response before aggregate publication, email the research team with that code. Research working files containing individual responses are scheduled for deletion by February 4, 2027; aggregate findings may remain public. Inbox correspondence follows our Privacy Policy. Do not include client names, contact details, links or confidential contract text.
