Move your client work from Jobber to Workspace369.

Jobber is a field-service platform: scheduling, dispatch, routing and quoting on site for crews that drive to jobs. If that is your business, stay on Jobber; this page says so plainly below. This guide is for the office-side service business that ended up on Jobber without dispatching anyone: agencies, consultants and studios who want proposals clients sign and pay, projects, a client portal, time that turns into invoices, and accounting. Jobber publishes its prices: Core is $49 a month for one user, and the team tiers run from $139 to $699 a month. There is no Jobber-specific importer. What Workspace369 does have is AI Import, which maps your own spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Prices below were checked on Jobber’s own pages on October 23, 2026.

14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first

What moves, what doesn't

There is no one-click import from Jobber, and Workspace369 does not claim one. You bring your data as spreadsheets and AI Import does the column mapping.

Moves with you

  • Clients, products, expenses, invoices and proposals. Get your data into CSV or XLSX and AI Import maps the columns to the right fields. You review the mapping first.
  • The cost, before you commit. The import shows how much of your monthly usage it needs before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.

You re-create these

  • Files and photos. AI Import doesn't bring these. Download them from Jobber and attach them to the client record or project by hand.
  • Getting the data out of Jobber. We could not confirm a documented export path for clients and invoices in Jobber’s help center on October 16, 2026. Check Jobber’s reports and ask Jobber support what it can export for you before you plan the move.
  • Jobs, visits and routes. Workspace369 has no dispatch or route optimization. Open work becomes projects, tasks and calendar events, and you re-enter what is still live.
  • Time entries. AI Import’s record types are clients, products, expenses, invoices and proposals. Keep your Jobber time data for your records and track time fresh in Workspace369.
  • Your texting number. Jobber’s two-way texting runs on a dedicated number. Workspace369 does not promise a port-in, so plan on picking a new number on Voyager and telling clients before you cancel Jobber.
  • Links and cards. Old Client Hub, quote and invoice links keep pointing at Jobber, and saved payment methods cannot be moved between systems.

No lock-in either way: the workspace owner can request a full data export from Workspace369 at any time. Keep your Jobber account active until the last open invoice there is paid.

The seat math

Per-user tiers against included seats

Jobber sells Core, Connect, Grow and Plus. Connect and Grow are priced by user count (1, 5, 10 or 15 users), and extra users are $29 a month each on every plan. Two-way texting is a Grow feature. Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats.

Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages, monthly billing with no commitment.

Team sizeJobber, monthlyWorkspace369, monthly
1 person$49 (Core, 1 user) · $199 (Grow, 1 user, with texting)$29 (Cadet, 1 seat; no texting) · $74 (Voyager, 2 seats, with texting)
2 people$78 (Core $49 + 1 extra user at $29) · $228 with texting (Grow $199 + $29)$74 (Voyager, 2 seats, with texting)
5 people$199 (Connect, 5 users) · $299 (Grow, 5 users, with texting)$104 (Voyager $74 + 3 extra seats at $10, with texting)
10 people$299 (Connect, 10 users) · $399 (Grow, 10 users, with texting)$149 (Specialist, 10 seats)
15 people$399 (Connect, 15 users) · $499 (Grow, 15 users, with texting)$199 (Specialist $149 + 5 extra seats at $10)

Jobber’s annual billing is cheaper than its monthly rates (Core is $29 a month billed yearly), and Workspace369 takes about 20% off when you pay annually. Compare like with like before you decide. The bigger difference is shape: Jobber’s tiers are built around crews and visits, Workspace369’s around client work. Source: Jobber pricing, checked October 23, 2026. Jobber lists no price for 16 or more users; it points to sales.

Where Jobber is stronger is real: its pricing page lists online booking, quotes and invoices from Core, QuickBooks Online sync from Connect, and job costing and two-way texting from Grow. On Workspace369, texting and calling start on Voyager ($74), and basic accounting starts on Specialist ($149).

Step by step

The switching checklist

Seven steps, in order.
  1. Export what you can from Jobber

Pull your client list, open invoices and any time data into spreadsheets, using Jobber’s reports or Jobber support, and save your quote and invoice wording. Skip closed work; it stays in Jobber as your archive.

  2. Start the trial and set up your services and prices

The 14-day trial is enough time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.

  3. Run AI Import for each record type

Upload a CSV or XLSX for clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the usage it needs is shown before you start.

  4. Turn open jobs into projects

Workspace369 has no dispatch or routing, so recreate only the work that is still live as projects, tasks and calendar events. Most people rebuild a short list, not everything.

  5. Add your team and set permissions

Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.

  6. Connect Stripe for payments

Workspace369 payments run on Stripe. Connect once and every invoice goes out with a payment link, with payment plans on Specialist and above.

  7. Cancel Jobber when the last open invoice there is paid

Keep the account active until then. Jobber’s pricing page says monthly no-commitment service ends at the end of the billing period, annual plans are billed in full up front, and the initial annual payment is non-refundable, so check your term first and time the cancellation after your final invoice clears and you have your exports.

Fair is fair

Stay on Jobber if…

  • Your team drives to jobs. Scheduling, dispatch, routing and quoting on site are what Jobber is built for. Workspace369 has no dispatch or route optimization, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
  • You work in the field from your phone all day. Jobber’s whole workflow is shaped around visits, checklists and crews. If that is your day, a client-work workspace is the wrong tool.
  • You want QuickBooks Online sync at a lower price. Jobber lists it from Connect. On Workspace369, accounting is built in from Specialist ($149) rather than synced out.
  • You are one person and price comes first. Jobber Core is $29 a month billed annually, against $29 monthly for Workspace369 Cadet, and Core includes online booking and invoicing.
  • Your workflow already runs smoothly. If your jobs, visits and invoices work, a move has a real cost in hours and no payoff.

FAQ

Switching questions, answered straight

What is the best Jobber alternative?

It depends on whether you run a field crew. If you dispatch technicians and run routes, stay on Jobber, or drop to Core ($49/mo month to month, 1 user) if the bill is the problem; Housecall Pro is the only like-for-like rival (Basic $79/mo month to month). If your work is office-side client work, Workspace369 fits better, with texts and calls from Voyager ($74/mo, 2 seats). Prices checked October 23, 2026; the Jobber alternatives page has the full comparison.

Is there a Jobber importer?

Is Workspace369 a field-service tool like Jobber?

No. Workspace369 has no dispatch or route optimization. If your team drives to jobs, stay on Jobber. Workspace369 is for client work: proposals, projects, a client portal, time tracking, invoices, payments and accounting.

It draws on your plan’s monthly AI usage, and the usage it needs is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. Email credits are separate.

Am I locked in to Workspace369?

No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.

Which plan do I need for time tracking?

Time tracking with timesheets and time-to-invoice is included on every plan, from Cadet ($29/month, 1 seat). Jobber lists time and expense tracking from Connect. Two-way SMS and calling on Workspace369 start on Voyager ($74/month, 2 seats).

How long does switching take?

Most teams re-enter their active work in a few hours: current clients, open proposals and unpaid invoices. Rebuilding templates is usually the longest part.
