Switch from Scoro

Move your client work from Scoro to Workspace369.

Scoro is a professional services platform priced by the apps you combine, with a 5-user minimum on every combination. Its popular combinations are listed at $17 a user (Time-billing), $29 (Projects & Resources or Quote to Cash) and $57 (End-to-end); the pricing page doesn’t say whether those prices are monthly or annual, and annual billing takes 13–17% off. If you are a smaller team paying for five seats, or you want the client portal without buying an add-on, Workspace369 includes CRM, proposals, invoices and the client portal on every plan, with seats included. Scoro exports contacts, quotes and invoices as CSV or XLS. There is no Scoro importer in Workspace369. What it has is AI Import, which maps your spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Scoro prices were checked on its own pricing page on October 18, 2026.

14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first

What moves, what doesn't

There is no one-click import from Scoro, and Workspace369 does not claim one. Scoro’s list exports are spreadsheets, so clients, quotes and invoices move through AI Import; projects and tasks are set up again.

Moves with you

  • Your client list, as clients. In the Scoro contact list, select the contacts, click Export and choose CSV or XLS (if you separate companies and people, you can export either or both). AI Import maps the columns to client records, and you review the mapping first.
  • Quotes and invoices. Export them from the list of quotes and the list of invoices as CSV or XLS. AI Import reads files of proposals and invoices, and of products too.
  • The cost, before you commit. The import shows its token cost before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.

You re-create these

  • Projects and tasks. Scoro exports most list views, but AI Import doesn’t create projects or tasks. Set up your active projects again; Workspace369 has tasks and subtasks with list, Kanban and calendar views on every plan, and Gantt views and task dependencies from Voyager.
  • Resource plans and forecasts. Workspace369 has no capacity planner or revenue forecasting. Keep Scoro’s reports for your records; Workspace369 shows utilization in its team reports on every plan, and project and customer profitability from Specialist.
  • Triggers and web forms. Rebuild your key triggers as workflows and your web forms as intake forms or funnels. Email automations run on every plan, and SMS steps start on Voyager.

No lock-in either way: the Workspace369 workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data. In Scoro, exporting is available on the Standard and Enterprise platforms and legacy plans, and needs the Export data permission, which a site administrator grants in Settings, then Administration, then Permission sets, and an export only includes what your viewing rights let you see. Export before you cancel.

The seat math

Per-user pricing against included seats

Scoro charges per user by app combination, with a minimum of 5 users. Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats, with extra seats at $10 from Voyager.

Prices checked October 18, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages. Scoro’s listed combination prices are used as shown, counting the 5-user minimum; Workspace369 prices are on monthly billing.

Against Time-billing, which covers time tracking and invoicing only, Workspace369 costs less for 1 to 3 people and from 8 people, and Scoro costs less at 4 to 7. Against Quote to Cash, Workspace369 costs less at every team size. Scoro’s pricing page lists the customer portal as a paid add-on; Workspace369 includes the client portal on every plan. Step by step

The switching checklist

Seven steps, in order.
  1. Export what you need from Scoro

Make sure you have the Export data permission, then export your contacts, quotes and invoices as CSV or XLS from their list views. Save the project reports you want to keep, too.

  2. Start the trial and set up your services and prices

The 14-day trial gives you time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.

  3. Run AI Import for your clients

Upload your Scoro CSV or XLS files. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the token cost is shown before you start.

  4. Set up your active projects

Recreate the projects you are delivering now, with tasks, subtasks, due dates and estimates.

  5. Add your team and set permissions

Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.

  6. Invite clients to the portal

Send proposals, share files and invoices, and let clients follow along in the client portal, which is included on every plan.

  7. Cancel Scoro once you’ve moved

Keep Scoro until your exports are saved and your team works in Workspace369, then cancel your subscription.

Fair is fair

Stay on Scoro if…

  • You plan capacity and forecast revenue. Scoro lists a resource planner, utilization and WIP reports, and revenue forecasting and recognition. Workspace369 has team productivity reports with utilization on every plan and a team workload view on Commander, but no capacity planner or revenue forecasting.
  • Your team of 4 to 7 runs on Time-billing alone. If all you use is time tracking and invoicing, Scoro Time-billing costs less at those sizes. Workspace369 starts at $29, with a 14-day free trial and no free plan.
  • You need finance approvals across the team. Scoro lists supplier management and approval of financial documents. Workspace369 has purchase orders and expenses from Specialist and full accounting on Commander; check that its approval steps fit your process before you move.
  • You have built deep custom reporting. Scoro lists customizable dashboards and comparative reports across projects, people and money. If your management meetings run on those reports, weigh that before you move.

FAQ

Switching questions, answered straight

What is the best Scoro alternative?

It depends on what you bought Scoro for. For resource planning and budgets, compare Productive (Essential $12 a user a month on monthly billing, $10 billed yearly, three-seat minimum). For projects and retainers billed from logged time, compare Teamwork Accelerate ($29.99 a user a month, $24.99 billed yearly). If proposals, invoices, the client portal, texts and calls should sit on one client record, five people on Workspace369 cost $104/mo (Voyager plus three $10 seats). Stay on Scoro if capacity planning and profitability reporting are the job and you are past its five-user minimum. Prices checked October 17–19, 2026; the Scoro alternatives page has the full comparison.

Is there a Scoro importer?

No. Workspace369 has no Scoro-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result. Projects and tasks are set up again.

How do I export my data from Scoro?

Scoro exports from most list views and reports on its Standard and Enterprise platforms and legacy plans. In the contact list, select the contacts, click Export and choose CSV or XLS; quotes and invoices export from their lists the same way, and invoices can be exported in a compact or detailed view. You need the Export data permission, which a site administrator grants under Settings, Administration, Permission sets, and exports only include data you can see.

Scoro: Exporting data, an overview ↗

Is Scoro cheaper than Workspace369?

Usually not for small teams, because every Scoro combination has a 5-user minimum. At Scoro’s listed prices, Time-billing ($17 a user, time tracking and invoicing) costs less than Workspace369 at 4 to 7 people, and Workspace369 costs less for 1 to 3 people and from 8. Quote to Cash ($29 a user) costs more than Workspace369 at every team size. Scoro lists its customer portal as a paid add-on; Workspace369 includes the client portal on every plan.

Can Workspace369 replace Scoro’s quotes and invoices?

Yes for the client side. Workspace369 has proposals and contracts with e-signature, invoices, recurring invoices and retainers on every plan, and payment plans from Specialist. Purchase orders start on Specialist. It has no capacity planner or revenue forecasting, so teams that rely on those should weigh them before switching.

What does AI Import cost?

It uses your workspace’s AI tokens, and the token cost is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. Tokens are separate from email credits.

Am I locked in to Workspace369?

No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.

Ready to make the move?

Start the trial, run the checklist above, and cancel Scoro once your exports are saved and your team is working in Workspace369.
