How Calls and Voicemail Work in Workspace369

To handle calls and voicemail in Workspace369, open Inbox and click Voicemail to see just your voicemails. Open one, and you can read the message without playing it, then call the client back right from the conversation with the Call button. To set up how calls are answered, click the gear to open Inbox Settings, then open Phone & SMS. Your business number is up top, under Phone numbers. Below it, choose how long a call rings, forward unanswered calls to another number, send calls to your team, or add a press-one menu. Further down, you can text callers back when you miss a call. In Voicemail greetings, type what callers hear and a voice reads it to them, or upload your own recording, then click Save. There's a separate greeting for after hours.
