How to Send a Contract for E-Signature in Workspace369
How to send a contract for e-signature in Workspace369. Open Contracts, under Finance: each contract shows its client, its status and how many signers have signed. Click New contract to start from a blank page, a template or a PDF you upload. Name the contract and link the client, so their details fill in the signer. Choose who signs: with signing order on, each person gets the email after the one before them has signed. Place the fields, like a signature, initials or the date, for each signer. On the last step, write the email to your signers. Signers enter a code we email them before they can sign, and you choose when the contract expires and how often to remind them. If it's linked to a proposal, you can draft the invoice when it's signed. Preview what your client will see, then click Send for signature. While you wait, remind the signer or copy their link. When everyone has signed, the signed copy is sealed and emailed to everyone, and you can download it any time.
