Calendar & bookingClient portal

Clients can pick their team member when booking, and the client portal is easier to style

Online booking can ask clients which team member they want, with each person's own service length, and the client portal gets a preview and brand color controls.

Clients choose their team member, with each person's own service length

A booking page can add a team step after the service, or offer Any team member. The booked person and the booked length carry through the page and the reschedule flow.

Each team member can have their own length for the same service, for example 30 or 45 minutes, while the price stays the same. The editor explains who can take bookings.

  • Team step with an Any team member option
  • Per-person service lengths set in Hosts
  • About section you can use, replace or hide per booking page

Preview and style the client portal

Set your portal's accent color with a check that it stays readable on buttons, choose a default theme, and browse all the themes. A project, board or client can still set its own accent and theme. Preview client page shows the portal, sign-in screen and code email with sample data, so you see the result before clients do.

  • Accent color with a readability check
  • Sample-data preview of portal, sign-in and code email
