The proposal editor has a cleaner toolbar, a modern block picker where the plus between blocks adds a block where you click, and drag and drop that holds steady. One shared color picker is used across the app. Clients see the same layout on the proposal page and in the PDF.

Pick a cover for your proposal

Choose a cover opens 18 ready-made banner designs, or you can upload your own image. The title can sit on the image or below it for a more editorial look. The cover shows at the top of the proposal your client opens and on its PDF.

Design proposals with your AI assistant

An AI app connected to Workspace369, such as Claude or ChatGPT, can now build or restyle a proposal for you. It can set the theme, write and reorder sections, add images, save a proposal as a reusable template and change your proposal defaults. Changes show up live in the editor you see in Workspace369. Covers and page backgrounds need Specialist or higher.
