Move your client work from Moxie to Workspace369.
Moxie is the lowest-priced all-in-one we compare: Starter $12, Pro $25 and Teams $40 a month on monthly billing. Its Teams plan lists up to five team members, and its pricing page shows no plan above that. If you are one person or a team of up to five, Moxie is the cheaper tool and this page says so. If a sixth person is coming, or you want a shared inbox and a full team phone setup, the other side of the math opens up. There is no Moxie-specific importer. What Workspace369 does have is AI Import, which maps your own spreadsheet columns and shows what it will cost before it writes anything. Prices below were checked on Moxie’s own pages on October 23, 2026.
14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: $74/month for Voyager. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

The honest part first
What moves, what doesn't
There is no one-click import from Moxie, and Workspace369 does not claim one. You bring your data as spreadsheets and AI Import does the column mapping.Moves with you
- Clients, products, expenses, invoices and proposals. Get your data into CSV or XLSX and AI Import maps the columns to the right fields. You review the mapping first.
- The cost, before you commit. The import shows how much of your monthly usage it needs before it starts, so nothing runs on a surprise bill.
- Files and notes. Download them from Moxie and attach them to the client record or project.
You re-create these
- Getting the data out of Moxie. The workspace owner can download a complete Excel workbook from Moxie’s Export tab, even after the subscription lapses, plus an accounting workbook and per-client account statements (Moxie help center, checked October 24, 2026). Our Moxie export guide walks through each file. Pro and Teams also include a public API.
- Time entries. AI Import’s record types are clients, products, expenses, invoices and proposals. Keep your Moxie time export for your records and track time fresh in Workspace369.
- Your Moxie phone number. Moxie documents how to port a number away. Workspace369 does not promise a port-in, so plan on picking a new number on Voyager and telling clients before you cancel Moxie.
- Links and cards. Old portal, proposal and invoice links keep pointing at Moxie, and saved payment methods cannot be moved between systems.
No lock-in either way: the workspace owner can request a full data export from Workspace369 at any time. Keep your Moxie account active until the last open invoice there is paid.
The seat math
Flat $12–$40 against included seats
Moxie sells three plans: Starter $12, Pro $25 and Teams $40 a month on monthly billing ($10, $20 and $32 a month billed yearly). Its pricing page states a member limit only for Teams: up to five team members, with unlimited project collaborators on Pro and Teams. Workspace369 plans include a set number of seats.Prices checked October 23, 2026 on the vendors’ own pages.
| Team size | Moxie, monthly | Workspace369, monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $25 (Pro; Starter is $12) | $29 (Cadet, 1 seat) |
| 2 people | $40 (Teams) | $74 (Voyager, 2 seats) |
| 5 people | $40 (Teams, up to 5 members) | $104 (Voyager $74 + 3 extra seats at $10) |
| 6 people | No plan: Teams stops at 5 members | $114 (Voyager $74 + 4 extra seats at $10) |
| 10 people | No plan: Teams stops at 5 members | $149 (Specialist, 10 seats) |
Moxie is cheaper than Workspace369 at every size it covers, and by a wide margin at five people: $40 against $104. The reason to switch is not price. It is the ceiling: Moxie’s pricing page lists no plan for a sixth team member, so a growing team outgrows the product, not the price. On Workspace369 six people cost $114 (Voyager plus four extra seats at $10), and Specialist covers 10 seats for $149. Source: Moxie pricing, checked October 23, 2026.
What Moxie includes at $25 is real: Pro adds a white-label client portal, a custom domain, workflow automations, the API and a Communicator phone line (US, CA, UK). On Workspace369, texting and calling start on Voyager ($74), and basic accounting starts on Specialist ($149).
Step by step
The switching checklist
Seven steps, in order.Export what you can from Moxie
Pull clients, open invoices and time entries into spreadsheets, using Moxie’s own reports, its API or Moxie support, and download your contract and proposal templates. Skip closed work; it stays in Moxie as your archive.
Start the trial and set up your services and prices
The 14-day trial is enough time to move. Add your services, packages and rates first so proposals and invoices take minutes afterwards.
Run AI Import for each record type
Upload a CSV or XLSX for clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals. AI Import maps your columns, you review the mapping, and the usage it needs is shown before you start.
Re-create your templates and forms
Rebuild the contract, proposal and questionnaire templates you actually use. Most people rebuild a short list, not everything.
Add your team and set permissions
Seats are included in the plan, with extra seats at $10 a month from Voyager. You can limit a contractor to the clients assigned to them.
Connect Stripe for payments
Workspace369 payments run on Stripe. Connect once and every invoice goes out with a payment link, with payment plans on Specialist and above.
Cancel Moxie when the last open invoice there is paid
Keep the account active until then. Moxie’s page says cancellation on Pro and Teams takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, so time it after your final invoice clears and you have your exports.
Fair is fair
Stay on Moxie if…
- You are solo or a team of up to five and price comes first. Moxie Starter is $12 and Pro $25 a month, against $29 for Workspace369 Cadet. Teams is $40 for up to five members, against $104 for Workspace369 Voyager with three extra seats. Nothing on this page changes that math.
- You want a custom domain and a white-label portal at a low price. Moxie lists both from Pro ($25 a month). Workspace369 does not offer custom domains for client pages.
- You want basic accounting and payment plans without a $149 plan. Moxie lists basic accounting on Starter, and its homepage says payment plans connected to projects are included. On Workspace369, payment plans and basic accounting start on Specialist ($149).
- You need a native Android app. Moxie links an Android app on Google Play as well as iOS. Workspace369’s native app is for iPhone and iPad; there is no Android app.
- Your workflow already runs smoothly. If your templates work and the team will stay at five or fewer, a move has a real cost in hours and no payoff.

FAQ
Switching questions, answered straight
What is the best Moxie alternative?
It depends on why you are leaving. Stay on Moxie if you work solo: Pro ($25/mo) with a phone line is the cheapest phone-line plan on the alternatives page. Solos wanting a similar suite can compare Bonsai (from $15/mo), Plutio Core ($19/mo) or HoneyBook Starter ($36/mo on monthly billing). Teams past the five-member cap on Moxie Teams ($40/mo) should compare Workspace369: texts and calls from Voyager ($74/mo, 2 seats), basic accounting from Specialist ($149/mo, 10 seats). Prices checked October 23, 2026; the Moxie alternatives page has the full comparison.
Is there a Moxie importer?
No. Workspace369 has no Moxie-specific importer and no one-click import. What it has is AI Import: you upload a CSV or XLSX of clients, products, expenses, invoices or proposals, it maps the columns, and you review the result.
Is Moxie cheaper than Workspace369?
Yes, at every team size Moxie covers. Moxie Pro is $25 a month against $29 for Workspace369 Cadet, and Moxie Teams is $40 a month for up to five members against $104 for Workspace369 Voyager with three extra seats. Past five team members, Moxie’s pricing page lists no plan, so the comparison is about fit, not price.
What happens when I hire a sixth person?
Moxie’s Teams plan lists up to five team members and its pricing page shows no higher plan. On Workspace369, six people cost $114 a month (Voyager plus four extra seats at $10), and Specialist includes 10 seats for $149 a month.
Does Moxie have texting and calls?
Yes. Moxie’s Communicator phone line is included from Pro. Its help center says you can send texts to the US, Canada and UK and call the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy and Ireland. Workspace369 includes two-way texting and calling from Voyager ($74/month, 2 seats), with a phone system (IVR, call queues, call recording) from Specialist ($149/month).
What does AI Import cost?
It draws on your plan’s monthly AI usage, and the usage it needs is shown before you start the import, so you can decide before anything runs. Email credits are separate.
Am I locked in to Workspace369?
No. The workspace owner can request a full export of the workspace data and can delete the workspace, with a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deletion.
Which plan do I need for time tracking?
Time tracking with timesheets is included on every plan, from Cadet ($29/month, 1 seat). Moxie includes time tracking from its Starter plan too. Two-way SMS and calling start on Voyager ($74/month, 2 seats).
How long does switching take?
Most teams re-enter their active work in a few hours: current clients, open proposals and unpaid invoices. Rebuilding contract and proposal templates is usually the longest part.
