A new Workflows page, templates and AI drafting

Workflows now open on a table of everything you have built, with views for All, Active, Drafts, Paused and Needs attention, filters by trigger, action, status and creator, and bulk actions to activate, pause, duplicate or delete several at once.

Start from a template grouped by area, such as leads, invoices, proposals, inbox, calendar and tasks, or describe what you need and let AI draft the workflow for you to edit. Drafting counts toward your plan's AI usage, and nothing goes live until you activate it. Drafting with AI is included with Commander and Enterprise.

Run a test before you switch a workflow on. Every run keeps a log you can open, and a failed run can be retried from the step that failed.

Assign new leads to a teammate

A workflow that starts when a new lead arrives can assign the lead to one teammate or rotate it between several, and can first check which form the lead came from and how they answered.

Use it to send each lead to the right person without anyone sorting the inbox by hand, and keep following up with the usual email, text and task steps after the lead is assigned.
