Settings reorganized into groups with search, and text size per device

Every Settings page now follows one layout with grouped navigation and search, and your phone and your computer each remember their own text size.

One layout for every Settings page

Settings is now organized into groups with a search box, so you can find any setting without hunting. It is on every plan, on the web and in the app, and is for everyone who manages a workspace.

The groups are You, Workspace, Sales, Operations, Channels, AI and Data. Open Settings and you land on an overview with your name and Edit profile, your workspace and plan with Manage plan, a Needs attention list for things that need a look, and Jump back in cards. A dot next to a page in the menu means it needs attention.

Type in Search settings and the results include pages inside other pages. Searching for theme finds Appearance, even though it sits inside a group. A few pages open full screen, and the menu marks them with an arrow.

Pages follow the same layout throughout. If you leave a page with unsaved changes, the app asks Discard unsaved changes? and lets you keep editing or discard them, so a half-finished edit is not lost by accident.

  • Groups: You, Workspace, Sales, Operations, Channels, AI, Data
  • Search across all settings, including pages inside pages
  • Overview with Needs attention and Jump back in
  • A prompt before unsaved changes are discarded
Settings groups its pages under one layout, and searching for theme finds Appearance. Example data.

Text size is remembered separately on phones and larger screens

Phones now keep their own text size, set to 125% by default, while tablets and computers keep theirs at 100%. Changing the size on one kind of screen no longer changes the other.

The Text size setting always edits the size for the screen you are on, so you can read comfortably on your phone without making your desktop layout larger than you want. On a phone the choices are 100%, 125%, 150% and 175%. On a tablet or computer they are 75%, 100%, 125% and 150%. Each list names its default as Default, with Small below it and Large and Extra large above it.

The new size shows right away, and it is kept when you save. The same page has your Theme (Light, System or Dark), your Accent color and the language the app is shown in. A right-to-left layout turns on by itself when you choose a right-to-left language such as Arabic or Hebrew.

  • Phone default 125%; tablet and computer default 100%
  • Four sizes per screen type
  • Theme, accent color and language on the same page
