Start Zaps from Workspace369 with the Workspace369 app for Zapier (beta)

The Workspace369 app for Zapier is in beta. It is not in Zapier's app directory yet, so you join it with an invite link. Once you have joined, choose Workspace369 in the Zap editor and paste a personal access token to connect it.

It has 27 instant triggers for invoices, proposals, contracts, bookings, clients, requests and time, listed by the names you see in the editor, such as New Invoice, Invoice Paid, Proposal Accepted, Contract Completed, New Booking and New Client. It has two actions, Create Client and Create Calendar Event, and three searches, Find Client, Find Invoice and Find Request, plus Find or Create Client.

To connect it, an admin turns on AI connections first. Then create a token in Settings → AI connections → Personal access tokens with workspace:read, and webhooks:manage if you want to use triggers. The connection test and each action use a little AI usage, and triggers use none. If approvals are on, a create can wait for approval in the app.

The app works on every paid plan, Cadet and up, trials included. Webhooks by Zapier, with a Catch Hook or Custom Request step, still works if you'd rather build the steps yourself, and it needs a paid Zapier plan.
