Chase overdue invoices
Ask who owes you. The AI app searches your invoices and lists what is overdue. Any reminder it drafts waits for your OK by default.
Workspace369's MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP apps to your workspace at mcp.workspace369.com/mcp. Ask in plain words and the app reads and updates your clients, proposals, invoices, contracts, projects, tasks, calendar and inbox. The server lists 127 tools. Invoices, proposals, contracts and messages wait in the Workspace369 app until you press Approve and send, unless you turn on Send without asking for your own connection. It works on every plan from Cadet, including the 14-day trial once a card is saved; an owner or admin turns it on.
14-day free trial. Card required. After the trial: from $29/month. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

A CRM MCP server lets an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT read and update your CRM through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI apps to tools. Workspace369's server at mcp.workspace369.com/mcp lists 127 tools across clients, requests, proposals, contracts, invoices, projects, tasks, calendar, time tracking and inbox. The AI app acts as the member who connected it, inside that member's permissions. Invoices, proposals, contracts and messages wait in the Workspace369 app until you press Approve and send, unless you turn on Send without asking for your own connection.

Read the MCP documentationAsk in plain words. The AI app reads your tracked time and drafts the invoice, which runs right away and is logged. Sending it to the client waits in the Workspace369 app until you approve it, unless you turned on Send without asking, and the AI app cannot approve its own request.
The AI app reads the time you tracked. A read changes nothing.
The draft is created in your workspace at once and logged. The client has not seen it.
Invoices, proposals, contracts and messages wait for your OK in the app by default. You get a push and an in-app notice.
Only now does the invoice reach the client. The AI app can check how the request ended.

Each card plays the result its tools leave in the workspace. Names and amounts are sample data.

It reads the hours you logged for a client and drafts the invoice from them. You review the draft before it goes anywhere.
Paste a brief and it builds a draft proposal for the client with line items. Sending it waits for your OK by default.
Describe the job and it creates the project and its first tasks on a board, linked to the client.
It searches email, texts and call notes, then proposes a reply. By default the message goes out only after you approve it.
The built-in weekly_pipeline_review prompt walks your client pipeline and reports back. It is read-only.
Invoices, proposals, contracts and messages wait for your approval in the app by default. Other changes, like drafting an invoice or recording a payment, run right away and are logged.

Claude on the web, Desktop and Claude Code, ChatGPT through the official Workspace369 plugin, Cursor, VS Code with Copilot and Windsurf connect with a sign-in. Any app that supports remote MCP over Streamable HTTP can connect too, and scripts and agents use a personal access token. The server is listed in the official MCP Registry as com.workspace369/mcp.
Full setup for each appAI apps that connect over MCP, on every plan once an admin turns on AI connections
Automation tools that use webhooks and the Builder API on every plan
Anything the AI app sends to a client or teammate (an invoice, proposal, contract, email or text, a pay link, a reply to a request) waits for your approval in the app, unless you turn on Send without asking. Other changes, like drafting an invoice or recording a payment, run right away, are logged, and can start your own active workflows. Try the Send without asking switch: off, the send waits for approval. Turning it on asks first, as the app does.
Your plan's monthly AI usage is one allowance for every AI feature, including the AI connection.
Every plan from Cadet includes AI connections, including the 14-day trial once a card is saved in Billing. An owner or admin switches on Allow AI connections in Settings, under AI.

Each successful call uses a little of your plan's monthly AI usage. Refused or failed calls use none.
The first connection takes a few minutes.
In Settings, under AI, open AI connections, switch on Allow AI connections and choose Copy server URL.
In ChatGPT, install the official Workspace369 plugin. In Claude, Cursor and other apps, add the server URL. Then sign in and approve the permissions you want to give it.

Not by default. Other changes, like drafting an invoice or recording a payment, run right away, are logged, and can start your own active workflows. Yes. Each successful call draws on your plan's monthly AI usage, the same allowance as the AI in the app. Reads use the least and sends the most. Refused or failed calls use none, and a held send is counted only when it runs.#
No. Every call is checked against the member's live permissions as well as the token's scopes, so an AI app never reaches past the person who connected it. A team member limited to some clients sees only those clients.#
Both run the same tools with the same approvals, permissions and limits. The MCP server is what AI apps connect to with a sign-in. The Builder API is plain HTTPS and JSON that your own code calls with a personal access token.#
Yes. The server has 127 tools in groups for clients and pipeline, requests, notes, invoices and payments, proposals, contracts, projects, tasks and boards, calendar and reminders, time tracking, team, inbox and catalog. The MCP tools reference in the documentation lists the tools.#
