How to Organize Your Tasks in Workspace369
To organize your tasks in Workspace369, open Tasks under Work. Your tasks are on a kanban board, where each column is a stage, like To do, In progress and Waiting, and each card shows its due date, tags and who it's assigned to. You can keep more than one board, like one for operations and one for sales, and the board menu lists them. To add a task, click Add Task, say what needs to be done, assign it to someone, give it a due date, and click Create task. It lands in To do. When the work starts, drag the card to In progress. To see just one person's work, filter the board by assignee, and when the task is done, tick it off.
