Time off and team hours reports
Time off shows balances, who is out next week and the requests waiting for approval on one page, and the Reports tab charts the hours your team logged so you can see where time went.
The weekly timesheet is now a grid where you edit hours in place, and managers review submitted weeks against each person's weekly capacity.

An upload queue that handles duplicates
Uploads now run through a queue you can minimize, with a status for every file. When a file with the same name already exists, choose New version, Keep both, Replace or Skip.
You can link uploaded files to the client or project they belong to as they go in, so they are easy to find later from the record they relate to.
